Food was great, just as expected from a highly rated BBQ/Hotpot restaurant. Wait time was totally unreasonable, had waitlisted ourselves 2 hours in advance and arrived around 6:30pm (5pm I waitlisted us on yelp for a spot and as per the app our table should have been ready between 7-7:30) but we had to wait an additional 50 minutes until we were able to sit at 8:20 because they over booked. We were a group of 6 who drove all the way from Brownsville to celebrate my BDay only to be delayed a great amount of time without any proper update as to how much longer the wait could be. There were a few more people who also complained so we weren't the only ones. So my 2 cents is that weekend dinner service is crazy busy and KPot needs to step up there game and really need to make some adjustments. Also update your menus tip surcharge bc we were charged 18% for a group of 6 even though your menu clearly writes 18% is for a group of 8 and above. When I questioned the tip was told it's automatically entered because we were a group of 6. Didn't want to complain bc we were there to celebrate and already were frustrated from the nearly 1 hour delay to be seated.We did enjoy the food and drinks that's why I didn't lower the rating. We chose the BBQ&hot pot option which was lovely and even got a happy birthday song, mini cupcake and the mascot visit...unfortunately no teddy ( which I didn't even know was provided until our server informed us that was provided) because my bday was on the 20th and we came on the 23rd missed out on the teddy. But what to do when as mentioned we live 5 hours away so no way would we have made it on Friday after work.

It was good, but it wasn't great.Maybe I was too excited or had too high of expectations. But we arrived at 8:15 pm, was told it would be 1 hour and 20 minute wait. It ended up taking 2 hours. We got a few drinks at the bar.I guess the main problem was that we felt rushed. Since we didn't sit down until 10:15 and the kitchen closed at 11, we did not get nearly the 2 hour time limit that most people get. As a first time Korean BBQ goer, it was definitely hectic. Thankfully, the staff did a good job of bringing ingredients out quickly.The food was good, especially the ribeye. But honestly the bulgogi was nothing special. The atmosphere was very loud, but I was expecting that heading in.

Forty was our server tonight and he was amazing! So knowledgeable of the menu and attentive even on a busy Friday night. We’ve been here several times but he made this visit extra memorable and we will be back in hopes of sitting in his section again! The food was amazing as always. We did k bbq only this time and the short ribs and smoked garlic pork belly were amazing as always. Will be back soon!

Having lived in Korea for over two years and coming back stateside this was by far the best Korean Barbecue spot I've been to in the US which is crazy because I've been to quite a few spots. Our server Forty was excellent and super attentive. Like you know how some servers catch you at a bad time (usually right after you stuffed food in your mouth). Forty was always a great at not creating an embarrassing awkward moment. 10/10 for his service!

Food and service are great. The restaurant is pretty loud. Be sure to get on waitlist. Food is GREAT. Highly recommend the kpot short ribs. They are delicious. Lots of variety!

Came here with a party of 10 ranging from teen to senior and we were lucky enough to get King as our waiter. What an amazing experience! The food was so good and had every type of protein, veggie and starch. We did the hot pot and bbq and we were not disappointed! We'll definitely be back.

I went for my birthday and it was insanely busy and packed, and way too overstimulating. The waitress did a very poor job of explaining the concept and the cost and was yelling the whole time. We tried to flag her down multiple times when she would come near our table but she never came by to check on us or glance in our direction to acknowledge us so we only got to order twice in the entire 2 hours we were there. The food was good tho so it's dissapointing that that was our experience.
