Went last night and our waitress Vanessa was extremely dismissive and not attentive to us throughout the night. The people bringing us the food was much nicer than she was at any point. She seemed annoyed with us throughout the night and would place our drinks on the table without saying a word. We left a $3 tip which reflected on her service, she brought the receipt and said to us “Wow $3 dollars that’s embarrassing” & walked away quickly before we could get a word in. What’s embarrassing was her demeanor & attitude towards us.

Had gone for dinner last night during a large rush. Understood that food may take some time and service may be a little slower. I'm unsure how much our server had to do, but we were checked on very little, and by the time our food had gotten to us, one of our dishes was wrong and a steak burned on one side. We would have spoken to the server about the issue but by the time they checked on us again we were already half done and paid our bill.

Ordered the herbcrusted chicken and it was very salty. My wife ordered the same chicken and it was also salty. Talked to the manager who agreed that the chicken is usually salty but said it was because of the ingredients. I mentioned that too much sodium was added. Waitress was not attentive and disappeared several times. The location at Loop 1604 & Culebra make a better chicken.
We always enjoy Texas Roadhouse for a steak restaurant. The staff enjoy their jobs and the food and service at this location was awesome!

What an experience! Took 2 hours (screenshots available, lol) to be seated and get my steak, and when it came, it was WAY over-cooked. But through it all, our server Alejandra made this the best dinner ever. She is amazing! Attentive, friendly, didn't throw any of her team under the bus for all the mishaps, just an all-around rockstar! Also, TRH literally has THE BEST chicken tenders ever everrrrrrrrr. Who knew!

Every Tuesday night for the past year I have done take out at this location. Their Chicken fried chicken is seasoned well and breading is not too thick. Mobile order and check out process is easy. Julie and Beth (TOGO) are helpful making sure my order is accurate, and have a friendly smile when approaching the window. These girls are the reason takeout runs efficiently at this location.I only wish Texas Roadhouse had a rewards program on their mobile app.
