Brian acted as a wonderful manager helping with our order when we needed assistance with it! He was polite, professional, and he made everything right! BEWARE UPCHARGES.The food is decent, and the employees are friendly enough. However, they will offer all these options (cheese on your burger, different kinds of fries, etc) without mentioning that certain options are only available for an upcharge. They do this regularly, and is a sleazy business practice. They also won't add condiments to your order unless you think to ask for them. So if you're used to your burgers and fries just coming with cheese and ketchup, you're in for disappointment. Also, if you order a Junior burger, be sure to specify that you do mean Junior and not the more expensive Junior Deluxe.
