Worst experience ever at this place. We got there at 11:00. Ordered 2 three piece tender meals. Exactly the same. One came with Mac & Cheese as ordered. The other with soggy French Fries. The Chicken was cold and tasted like last nights leftovers. The drinks were undrinkable. Worst taste ever. When was the last time they were cleaned? Will be driving elsewhere for chicken. No more Golden Chick ANYWHERE.

Literally went in before they closed then they turned off the drink and ice cream machine before we were even done with our food. They didn't even care to ask us if we wanted any either and we were sitting right in front of it. Plus, the manager was sitting at the table behind us and allowed her employee to do that. She said yeah go ahead we're closed and they still had 5 minutes + till closing. I used to work at a restaurant and we could never do that. Bad customer service. August 26, 2023 8:50pm.

Make sure y’all count yalls change cause they stole 20$ from a 100$ given too them and didn’t give back the right change. Poor management and poor communication! Manager even accused customer of stealing their own money! Ridiculous! Didn’t even come to an agreement manager was trying to kick out the customer all cause they wanted their correct change back! No point in eating here if there’s no good customer service!
