We went to McDonald's a few days ago ordered the Mac Combo Meal the burgers barely had any Mac sauce. Today ordered 2 of the Mac Combo asked if I could have extra Mac sauce the order taker was already rude & made sure to tell me I will have to charge you then ignored me. I advised if the burgers don't have sauce I will speak to a mngr. Sure enough barely any sauce & tge other had one squirt the size of a penny! I went to talk Mgr now she was nice but then I had to go back to ask knife & fork the same rude employee was hateful! I guess because he didn't get to charge me for the Mac sauce . It's sad we had to even ask & McDonalds make alot of money Mac sauce should not charge customers for a little extra sauce !!! We can already tell the buns are smaller than l2 years ago but now to be cheap Mac sauce is wrong. Then they force you to order Kiosk dirty machines & they will stare at you never bother taking your order thats not right! We shouldn't be forced to order via a Kiosk they had at least 10 employees sad the way they lack CONCIERGE SERVICE!

Had to give it a one star just so I can input what I have to say .... first time coming to this McDonald's. And it will be my last. I've been here for over 38 minutes. Waiting on one sausage mcgriddle, and it comes out that they ran out.!!!! had me parked on a curb side only to come out and let me know they sold out!!!! 8 cars drove off after me and they didnt tell me shit! Mind you forty minutes thr sold out !!!! already lunch!!!!never ever again

Not sure where they found that night manager, she didn't get enough training. I've been a full restaurant manager for years and she is horrible. Won't be going back to that McDonalds ever. We were the only ones in the whole place and she still couldn't get it right and then she tried to argue with me.
We attempted to take our granddaughter for breakfast this morning and stood in the front fir about 10 minutes. No one came up to wait on us so I asked the lady that was working drive through if anyone was working the counter and she Saud she was working drive and counter but we coukd use the machine to order ourselves. Wow we were caught off guard by that so we decided we just didn't need to spend our money there. The manager was there and looked at us but then proceeded to throw fries in the grease, never acknowledged us. We went to Whataburger where we could get service. Very disappointed in Hondo Mc Donald's.

It was a curbside order, and even though the drive thru was busy, we received the order quickly and fresh. But this is the 1st time the 🍔 was wrong 😞🤔

If it were not for a breakfast emergency, I'd have never stopped anyway. The restaurant was total chaos. I arrived at 10:04am. I was served and leaving with bag in hand at 10:31am. The drive-thru receives priority. As a walk in the wait was absurd. In fact, the employee who took my order actually asked me what I was waiting for. I responded, "The food that I paid for." The person that I imagine is the manager, was verbally abusing employees, while ahe herself had a ponytail that was not in a hairnet. This is hardly sanitary. Anyway, I don't care, and I will NOT be back.

We Stopped in to order and let the kids play in the play ground. And no one will respond or ask if you need help. Whenever I asked for help, I was ignored. We ordered with the kiosk and sat down. They had a screen before we ordered saying it was open for to go orders only. Mind you it is 6:00 pm. And we still have not spoken to anyone. Sad part is, we drove for 40 miles to this MCD, because the one in Uvalde is awful! Can't win...
