Just walked out of the Pizza Hut in Hondo Texas food was amazing. Great deal on personal pans will be back next week.

Walked in to order and he said he was alone and ordered us to sit down. He came to take our order and seemed extremely agitated, annoyed and bothered. He didn’t offer us menus or ask what we wanted to drink. He then asked us if we wanted it to go and when we said we were dining in he threw up his hands and walked off.

If you are wanting delicious pizza, clean tables and a friendly staff look no further than Pizza Hut in Hondo.
The food is fantastic and the cheese is stretchier than your pants will be after eating 3 (or 8) slices. The wait time is fair as everything is made fresh, parking is plenty and the staff always have a smile. ⭐️5 stuffed crusted stars.

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch melt. I drove all the way home to Bandera and found I got a pepperoni melt instead. I can't eat pepperonis because of my stomach so why would I order one. Call and they want to argue with me about what I ordered. Nev er will I order from this Pizza Hut again. Instead of arguing with the customer maybe make a suggestion if making it right. On top of that both the pizza that was ordered and the melt were burnt. Very unprofessional

The gentleman who took my order and rang it up was very polite and outgoing.
This is an older restaurant. Like most fast-food, eateries...short staffed. However, there are much more takeout & deliveries than dine-ins. The staff handled it well and the pizza was exceptionally good...Lrg, super supreme!

Not thrilled with the overcooked dry pizza melt in my order. The actual pizza was just ok. This location is hit or miss but they should look at the product they send out. Would you eat that? Does that look good to you?

Not impressed with the Tavern style pizza. It cost a lot for such a small amount of food. It had very little substance to it. The crust was not easy to eat, dry, overcooked and tough. For the same amount of money, I will order a different supreme or super supreme pizza.

As someone from San Antonio, this Pizza Hut was off. My cheese sticks came burnt along with flat sodas. My pizza however was cooked well and my wings were delicious. The service was great and it gives that small town atmosphere.
