Was in town for a few days for work and this was our go to spot every morning. Staff was friendly and quick! Great place to knock out some computer work if needed as well 🙌

It’s alright over all but managers need to pay more attention to regular coffee, I buy regular coffee all over the state on a daily basis and every time I’m at this location the coffee it’s very light almost like tea, after adding just a few drops of cream it turns al white almost like paint, they should really start to inspect their coffee better!!

This is the best starbucks in my opinion. They have never made me a bad drink and the customer service is 10/10. I had actually stopped visiting starbucks locations in SA cos the drinks were mediocre every time but the Hondo one has renewed my starbies love.

Divergent Constuction
This is the first Starbucks that I have gone to that does not wash a new cup you just purchased to put your coffee in. I had to go to the bathroom wash my cup...then I was not given my cup discount. Even after washing my cup..they still had me take their plastic cup and pour it in my new up. On top of that I ordered an Iced drink, they first gave me a hot drink. The friendliness of the staff was definately not there. Of all the small town Starbucks....this one sucks! I will pass Hondo and head to Uvalde instead
Rude people, not kind. No sugar - cream station. When asked for sugar, with a bad mood attendant said you should had asked when ordered. First time I see that on Starbuck and last time going there.

If you go here, make sure to check your drinks to make sure they fill them all the way so you’re not paying for air my cup Was only about 3/4 of the way full and the staff just don’t act like they care they’d rather be somewhere else and you can tell

I know with it being a new Starbucks in a small town and slammed all the time, things being in stock and wait time will take time to adjust❤️ but I love the drinks and the effort the employees take to make sure all customers are satisfied ☺️
