This is the worst starbucks ever. Hands down there’s maybe 2 people there that have amazing customer service. But that is all. Every single time I’ve been here they mess up my order and it’s literally not a difficult order. Today was the last straw. I went through the drive thru and they even asked if I wanted my sugar in my coffee and I said yes. They still handed me a handful of sugar packets and did not put any in my coffee … if I wanted to put my own sugar in my coffee I would just do it at home… they need new employees or a better manager to manage their employees. So done with Starbucks, and yall want tips? Bye.

Cost is why I give it lower score. And the lack of options compared to a regular Starbucks. Server at drive thru went from polite to rude when he gave me a ice coffee and I asked for hot. He dismissed from line to a waiting area with no apology just a look.

My order tasted fine however the service was atrocious. I had 3 employees walk past me at the register before someone helped me. They were super slow and not busy at all. No one greeted me and my coffee took unusually long for them being so slow. They greeted a regular customer who came in behind me and didn’t ignore him. But this is a store I don’t normally go into, and won’t go back. Worst service I’ve ever had in a Starbucks.

I stop here on a monthly basis when visiting Del Rio/traveling home and I have the best customer experience each and every time. The service is quick, the baristas are always kind and have a great attitude. Thanks for the multiple pupcups for my dog, 100% recommend!

I have been here a couple of times before today and have had great customer service. Everyone was nice and acknowledged me when they saw me. Today was a different story all together. Stood in front of the cash register and not one person said one thing to me. Just completely ignored me until I guess they couldn’t and one of them had to take my order. Then not friendly at all. Guess what girls and boys if y’all want a tip at least acknowledge the person standing in front of yall. Owner needs to have a talk with their employees.
