Had one of the greatest experience today at Taco Bell here inHondo Texas. I walked in to the restaurant and the staff was very courteous and attentive. My food seemed like it had just been prepared. However the awesome experience came when a homeless gentleman walked in and asked if he could have a glass of water. The employee behind the counter immediatly said yes to him and when the gentleman asked if there was any way that they could help him out with some food. Once again, The employee behind the counter immediately answered Yes and they would be able to do something for him. I don't know if this is common practice for Taco Bell to do something like this but you guys get a five-star from me. Sometimes it's these little things that help you restore your faith in humanity. There are still very many good people out there. I know a few of them are at this Taco Bell. Keep it up guys!

UNREAL experience at Taco Bell tonight.. we placed our complicated order (my husband has a lot of mods) and it was immediately ready at the window! We thought for sure something would be wrong. Our order was not only perfect but fresh and very nicely put together! We were blown away with this service and want to move to Hondo just to frequent this Taco Bell more! Cashier listed as “Ricky n”, not sure who else was working tonight but they killed it!!

+(***) Service is always Nice Friendly and I don't want to jinx myself but never an issue exactly in a small town we hate to take the long drive there EVEN worse when you get back home and things aren't there or bad but never an issue. THANK YA FOR always keeping it simple. +(**) I Mean it's taco bell I'm not expecting Top tier food but so far taco bell has stepped up the game with quality I know prices went up but I much rather pay couple dollars more for better quality but not were it's a big dent in the pocket LOVE the New Steak Chalupa Taco the steak and cheese where flavor full I love the cinnamon twist and LOVE LOVE LOVE the potatoe taco and the chipotle sauce YUMMMM!
