This place is horrible the have poor customer service horrible attitudes I was waiting over 15 minutes for my order to be taken and they just stared and made faces at me when I proceeded to the window after ordering through drive thru the lady rudely took my money from my hand and almost dropped my food while handing it to me poor staff is just unreasonable do better tacobell

Ordered at the kiosk. Fifteen minutes no food, no drinks, no one even acknowledged we were there. Too busy doing drive through orders to take care of in person customers. Had the holler to get someone’s attention to check on our food. Completely incompetent management.

Had one of the greatest experience today at Taco Bell here inHondo Texas. I walked in to the restaurant and the staff was very courteous and attentive. My food seemed like it had just been prepared. However the awesome experience came when a homeless gentleman walked in and asked if he could have a glass of water. The employee behind the counter immediatly said yes to him and when the gentleman asked if there was any way that they could help him out with some food. Once again, The employee behind the counter immediately answered Yes and they would be able to do something for him. I don't know if this is common practice for Taco Bell to do something like this but you guys get a five-star from me. Sometimes it's these little things that help you restore your faith in humanity. There are still very many good people out there. I know a few of them are at this Taco Bell. Keep it up guys!

UNREAL experience at Taco Bell tonight.. we placed our complicated order (my husband has a lot of mods) and it was immediately ready at the window! We thought for sure something would be wrong. Our order was not only perfect but fresh and very nicely put together! We were blown away with this service and want to move to Hondo just to frequent this Taco Bell more! Cashier listed as “Ricky n”, not sure who else was working tonight but they killed it!!
Standard Taco Bell. Friendly staff. Sometimes they run out of Dr. Pepper.
