I have always gotten great food from Whataburger, however I always get a custom order. I brought a friend who ordered a burger all the way. The burger came out cold, not just cold but felt like it came out of refrigerator. When told, they did replace it without question. I can't help but think if I would have gotten a cold burger going through drive thru. Unexceptable!
