stopped at this Subway inside the Love’s Travel Stop, and the experience was extremely disappointing. When I arrived at the counter, there was no one there. I lightly knocked to get someone’s attention, and the employee came out angry and told me to leave the store because she “didn’t want to help me. I was hungry and simply trying to order food, but the attitude and unprofessional behavior were unacceptable. Customers deserve basic respect, especially at a travel stop where people rely on quick service. I hope management addresses this, because this kind of treatment is not acceptable.

The guy that made our sandwiches never greeted us, never smiled, and when I didnt understand what he said he rolled his eyes. Rudest employee ever. No name tag. Put very little toppings, had to keep asking him to add more. He showed up to work. That's tge best I can say for him.

Stopped in for a meal. Ordered a meatball sub and split this. It was hot and delicious. Only one type of bread was available, but it was ok.
Open 24hrs just to get paid , after 10PM they will make excuse and sit in parking lot and getting paid.

I visited this location on Tuesday oct 10th @1800 I had to wait for about 5 mins for the employee to come out and when he finally did I was not greeted at all he put gloves on on then says “ what do you want “ very very bad attitude then proceeds to make my two sandwich’s I asked for a shorter time in the oven and he scuffed and then tossed them in the oven I’ve been to subways all over the us hundreds of times and never been treated with such disrespect then once I got to my truck we noticed they were very poorly made and hardly had any meat on them I sure hope this finds its way to corporate and something is done about him I will not be stopping her for a while
