After walking up and asking if I had paid for bacon on my sandwich, the staff were certain they had applied it. I appreciate that the manager most definitely showed me the bacon on my sandwich. I had obviously missed observing it. I immediately corrected myself and apologized. Before I could say that it wasn't necessary to remake my sandwich, they had already done so and compensated me. Thank you to all three ladies for being patient with me. Thank you for the initiative the girl who took my order showed, as she was the one who remade my sandwich. I sincerely apologize. Thank you.“

“With the new policy that it was implemented this year about the flavored teas coming with no sugar, the drinks don't taste the same. I used to love coming to boss chicken and have me a coconut tea nice and sweet, now the teas taste like diet teas very sour flavor. Very bad choice for us customers. “I got the garden/market salad with grilled chicken, the chicken soup, a cookies and cream shake, and an ice cream cup. My food came out which was of course hot and tasted awesome. The shake was just right and the staff were nice about me taking my time to order :)“
