Staff is always friendly (the one on Alameda/horizon) 💚 and thank God I have seen nice customers when waiting for the spicy chicken cuz it's delicious!! It's not a staff issue we just need to wait for it to be cooked correctly, please be respectful to the staff“

“Every time we have been there food and service had always been good and delicious. Today the food was delicious but the attitude received from Liehla was horrible. She had a bad attitude, was rude and forget the facial gestures! But unfortunately for all of us, that's our future everyone! I did let her know in person (because I did call in the order)she should try not to be so rude next time, that's when the faces got worse. This is the location on Zaragoza near North Loop. I hope her Manager sees this and has a talk with her on what a host should really be like.“
