I honestly am disapointed. I understand the crew being overwhelmed during a saturday morning rush and i understand its not the crews fault they never have items in stock because its not their job to order items, overall this location needs a new owner, the manager had a girl standing outside with the tablet taking orders in COLD COLD weather, she was freezing after i made a complaint she was still outside i believe the crew is being mistreated, and management treats the crew like...read full review
I don't recommend you go to the Dunkin' at 9114 Dyer, El Paso, TX 79924.....they'll take your money, sell you coffee, but don't ask to use the bathroom because it's EMPLOYEES ONLY. Yes, you read that right, they have 2 bathrooms, but not open to paying customers. My friend and I were there on 2/8/23 around 3:00pm for coffee and a quick bathroom break (we work out of our cars working with the homeless to keep them off the streets) and were told as we were buying coffee we couldn't...read full review
