“I tried Applebee's Eastlake a couple of times right after it opened, and needless to say, it lacked atmosphere and the food was subpar. I decided that when getting Applebee's, I would drive farther away to the Rojas location, as I live in the Horizon area. To my surprise, I recently.... after 10 months or so, visited Applebee's Eastlake again. Wow!!!!! What a turnaround. This place has done a complete transformation. The beer was cold cold cold amadre! I can't express enough how cold it was. The food was amazing and service was incredible. Then when I thought it couldn't get better, I noticed they have a Touch Tunes juke box. That, and the beer alone have won me over. To then add incredible food and incredible service was icing on the cake. Kuddos to all the mangers and staff for the amazing turnaround. If I have one small observation is lighting. I think if you would tone down the lights a bit and give it a soft lighting feel, the ambiance would improve. Right now it feels like Im walking into a surgical room..... especially at night.“

Received service quickly. Waitress approached me as I was racking up and very attentive and social the 2 hours I was there . She made sure I had water the duration of stay . It was moderately busy. I didn’t have food.“

“I went to Applebee's with my family for my brother's birthday where we had Natalia as our server. She was very nice, super attentive and whenever we needed anything she was there with a big smile with whatever we needed super fast. We were very impressed by not only her great service but the great food and great experience overall!“

“This place is large enough to hold a very large group of people. Service is good to great depending on what server is taking your order. On very few occasions I've had to hunt my server down, but for the most part the servers are attentive. Great variety of tasty food and the beer has always been cold. Plenty of TVs to watch your favorite sporting event. DJs on the weekend create a great vibe. Highly recommend this place.“

Jamie was our server and she was seriously so sweet and friendly. :) She recommended a dish for us to try and it ended up being really good, so I’m glad we listened to her! The drinks were also amazing and she made sure everything came out just right. She was super attentive without constantly hovering and was just really easy to talk to. “Took a LYFT from the truck stop up the road to watch the Super Bowl, sort of hidden in a strip mall but that makes it a really good out of the way spot the beers were cold and the food was good, nice portions and reasonable prices. Bar maids were easy on the eyes but not much on conversation even though it was only a third capacity. Multiple TV's going but the volume was a bit loud for me. I will definitely visit again when in el Paso and want a cold beer with my dinner“
