“Food is always amazing the girl that took our order was very friendly and very apologetic over her manager that was the cook. Seemed like he cared more about the to go orders then he did about the eat in customers took over 45 minutes to get my order. I still think they should have stayed at the other building with the bar since it was bigger then the new one they built“
“This has to be the main hub of fun watering holes on the Eastside along with it's sister bar of the same name on trawood..so many different people of all genres.....you make friends at this interesting bar.the service is at least a 15 on a scale of one to ten...the patrons keep the good music going n the bar servers keep up with the demands ...all is good and the kitchen is also available to serve you up chicken wingers n pizza....it's an incredible experience...you need to go here at least a few times..“

“The food was good. A little pricey. But it was not too expensive. It's a bar atmosphere, so it's ok. The service took kind of forever since we didn't order and beer. i think they never really checked up on us. Wanted to get something else, but she was taking forever, so we just wanted to get out. So I didn't get it. So it's ok if you like bar atmospheres and drink.“
“Management needs training on customer service don't wait 30 minutes to serve Customer only to make sure kitchen is closed. Waitresses need to be more attentive and not just wait on the young guys begging for tips and take it out on me cause they got stiffed... and get stiffed by me for ignoring me and my wife the last 4 visits.. learn customer service. I used to love coming here and having birthdays for my wife with the dilly dilly but now I've been skeptical“
“Nice crowd but the place is understaffed. I'm sure it would be more successful if they had more staff. It took them a good ten minutes to acknowledge our groups presence and another 15 minutes for us to get our drinks. Speedy service is need to keep people ordering but it's not the staffs fault. They were hustling and working as fast as they could.“

“Great staff 100% but no internet access.I was gonna pull cash out of the atm and couldn’t. I was gonna use said cash for darts and Golden tee while watching the Mavs game 2 hours at least but couldn’t. Maybe look into this bc it’s never an issue on Traewood with the internet.“
“The outdoor patio was great. Nice view of the sunset going down towards the mountains and still have enough shade to enjoy the breeze. Wednesday was slow but they do offer specials on Taco tuesday and wings on Monday. Call to see what they offer.“

“They have the best wings. Wish there was a larger beer variety/craft beers. The mixed drinks are hit or miss in strength. We've visited to watch the cowboys games. There are also plenty of TVs to view the game. Place can get quite full so recommend coming a little early to get a table.“

But the service and the people is what keeps you coming back! The manager named is the definition of personable and quality customer service. She makes sure everything is going smooth, checks on your table, talks to you and your kids like you’ve known her your whole life! And does that with every table. Running food and cleaning tables, she can wear all the hats and wearing them well. We had the best experience with her and the server Booker on several occasions now. Booker knows what you want and need before you do! Keeps your drinks full, food comes out perfect, and keeps your table clean. No request is too small or complicated with him, and no detail left unturned. It’s literally like having dinner with family and there is no better service you could ask for! “We come here often with my Mom on Saturday mornings. It's one of her favorite places. We are usually a party of 7 or more with a wheelchair and are always accommodated quickly. Sarah was our server, and she was very good. Super attentive, with a great memory. “It's nice to have an Applebee's close to home. Been here 4-5 times since they opened, and so far, every time the service and food has been great. It's quicker to get a table here than the one on Eastlake, even on a Friday night.“
