Emily, the hostess, and the servers were amazing! Even though it was really busy and everyone seemed stressed, Emily still kept a smile on her face and had a great attitude. She got people seated quickly and made sure everyone felt welcomed. The servers were also friendly and attentive throughout our visit. You can tell Emily is a hard worker who really cares about the customers. She definitely deserves a raise! Great service all around, and we’ll definitely be coming back!
I highly recommend this Shack !! The food is great and my server Naomi is always excellent!! She always is so friendly and delightful. Thank you Naomi for being a great server!
Hostess at the front Emily was funny and kind to our little one as we walked in! Great first impression. She started out our first experience here at the shack wonderful and our server was fast. Food was great I recommend the Aztec burger and the shack sampler appetizer is for a good price. Overall great experience and I definitely recommend people come check this place out!

The Shack Wings & Brews offers great food and excellent service in a welcoming atmosphere. The hostess at the front is friendly, funny, and kind, making a great first impression on guests. She is welcoming, has a great attitude and smile, and is sweet and patient with kids. Even when the restaurant is really busy and everyone seems stressed, she keeps a smile on her face, gets people seated quickly—sometimes even sooner than the estimated wait time—and makes sure everyone feels welcomed. She is attentive and proactive, checking on guests throughout their visit and offering to find their server when needed. The servers are also friendly, fast, and attentive. The food is great, and the Aztec burger and the shack sampler appetizer are recommended, with the appetizer offered for a good price. It is a great spot to watch sports and enjoy some good food. Overall, it is a great experience that comes highly recommended, and guests will definitely be coming back.
