I paid for a bubble tea through the drive through for her to tell me almost 10 minutes later I PAID that they ran out of boba. Then I said that I did not want it anymore , she refused to refund me and gave me a flimsy hand written note as "store credit" , because she could not give me my cash back. This is THEFT . I did not get my drink or my refund . This happened yesterday (May 9) at 8:10pm. BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!

The yogurt is delicious, fresh, creamy, and reasonably priced. There is a drive thru option. Service can vary. Some staff, including a blonde girl and a young man with a tattoo, are described as polite, friendly, and fast with great customer service. One girl working the window had a real sweet attitude and was very accommodating, giving topping recommendations. However, other service can be "meh," with staff described as very cold, not greeting or saying thank you. The store is clean and well-organized, creating a pleasant atmosphere.
