We were staying at the Westin and had breakfast. We came near the end, so.it was empty except for us but it was wonderful. My three egg omelet with turkey, gouda and onion was excellent. There is a variety of hot teas. I absolutely love the little jar of honey that accompanies the hot tea kettle. We felt that the service was excellent and I loved my breakfast. The atmosphere is modern and inviting. I would recommend it for anyone. I think I rather like it more than some other places dedicated to breakfast and would choose to eat here rather than other nearby places. The prices are also quite reasonable for what you are getting. It is not exorbitant. It is perfect for the great food and service. I definitely recommend 024 Grille.

The atmosphere in the restaurant is calm and relaxing and the decor is a nice touch. We visited for lunch and our waitstaff was very kind and considerate. I had the three egg omelet, toast, and grits as well as a glass of Prosecco. They had a large selections of hot sauces to choose from. We were told that valet was free since we ate at the restaurant but it ended up being $4. No biggie but kind of annoying.

Forgot to take a picture before I started eating everything, but it was delicious. Reserved a room for my 30th birthday and they let us decorate a bit.

Great place for a New Year's dinner, menu was good (high quality standard, not unique). Service was very good even when the live music was really loud in the echo-y space. Seating was ok, live music was loud but good quality for New Year's. The main concern was that the OpenTable app said the prix fixe meal would be $69 per person, but the price climbed up to $89 upon receipt of the bill. Then we were charged $30 for service TWICE. So the final total $149 per person, not the original $69 we were expecting. I would not recommend this place if you are not prepared to pay twice as much as what we saw when we first signed on. This would have been very different if the actual advertised price simply included all of these charges so that we could make an assessment fairly.

Service and atmosphere was good! Food was mediocre. Taco appetizer meat was dry and lacked flavor. Flatbread wasn't a flat bread, it was a french bread pizza. Tasted okay but not memroable.

Nice, BUT... i now have w photo with Santa that states.. “SANTA PHOTOS THIS WAY”.. no one bothered to remove the advertisement poster.. IT WASNT MY JOB TO MOVE IT.. also photographer was NOT READY AT 10 am... what the heck.. NEED NEW PHOTOGRAPHER WHO LIKES KIDS.. BEEF TOO RARE.. yuk!! HOT CHOCOLATE WAS SCALDING!! Really, for 5 yr olds.. BURNS ARE A LAWSUIT!! LAST thing, who serves breakfast without buiscuits, toast or ccroissants? I asked for toast, manager said we will be charging extra for that?? SO $50 was not enough for a biscuit? RIDICULOUS!! Ps.. BALLOON GUY WAS AWESOME. Amd the boy ELVES WERE DARLING!!

The staff here they so hard to make sure you are treated well that even the average tasting food tastes so much better. It was dreadfully empty and quiet when we went so there wasn't much atmosphere. If I stay at the hotel and don't want mall food this is a good option

First , service was terrible! Back in April my brother and I went to 024 grille when we had a family member in the hospital next door at memorial city memorial Hermann . We split the cheese burger and each had a bowl of shiner bock French onion soup. It was the best soup either of us had ever had for french onion. Today, again I have a family member in the hospital, and took my daughter for lunch there , telling her how great the soup was. Well, we got there, we were seated. There was one other person there eating at 11:45. It took forever for the waitress to come to our table. We ordered a beer on tap and we're told the bar didn't open until2pm. Ok, we ordered iced tea. We ordered French onion soup and a cesear salad, it took over an hour, at lunch, one other person in the grille. The soup was the worst French onion soup I have ever had....over seasoned , salty beef broth, with a hodgepodge of red onion(crunchy), cooked yellow onion, nothing else in it. On the side they served white sandwich bread toasted with a sliced of deli cheese . Worst thing I've ever purchased for 15-18$ I can't remember. It's 6 pm and I am still angry at my over 68$ meal! 2 Cesear salads, 2 french onion soups and 2 iced teas, what a disappointment!

Went for lunch. It is located inside hotel. Valet parking. Validate at restaurant for free 2 hr. parking. Bartender doesn’t come until 2 pm so until that time you get beer and wine or a simple cocktail. The food was good and you get plenty of it.
