This is our new favorite boba spot in Bellaire. It's clean, modern, and welcoming. The drinks are fantastic— we tried four different ones: mango yogurt smoothie, strawberry yogurt smoothie, artichoke tea, and royal tea— and each was refreshing with perfectly prepared boba. My personal favorites are the artichoke and the yogurt smoothies. Our kids always look forward to visiting 10x Boba on our Sunday Funday. They also adore all the cute plushies there
Came on a Friday around 12pm.
No greeting. No music playing. So I placed my order on the kiosk. Staff member comes out to make the drinks, no verbal interaction until my drinks were done and she called my name. Another staff member was out mopping, no greeting from them either.
Drinks were "good," buy I didn't get boba so I can't comment on that. Service was severely lacking.

I rated 5 stars not because of the boba or drinks although they are pretty good, (avocado smoothie for me) but I wanted to let everyone know about their Japanese Karaage (basically chicken nuggets) and Asian Fusion (fish sauce wings). The Karaage has a perfect crisp and fat ratio when bitten into is a sure delight to the senses. It's not too salty and perfect for kids AND adults. I can eat these all day! Very hardy and made fresh! Then the wings. Well, I HATE fish sauce but...
