The Christmas brunch was beautiful at 16 bar + Grille. They had activity bags for the kids that were fun to keep them entertained, they also gave us a lovely Disney ornament for the Christmas tree. It was a perfect environment for the Christmas season. The Christmas decorations on the first floor of the America's Hilton were very beautiful! The breakfast buffet was good, but could had with more options. Given the well decorated Christmas ambience it was an enjoyable meal.

It's a great experience! The hotel decorations are fabulous! The food is good but it could have more options for the price. The service was excellent specially Mr. Miguel Gallego, he made sure everything was perfect and that we had a great experience.

Overpriced dried up breakfast. Advertised as breakfast with Santa with “complimentary” gift bag— buffet was priced fairly for a hotel and then added $20 for “complimentary” gift bag with cheap cup and stickers inside. $60 for one person for subpar food and hovering service.

An exceptional dining experience for Thanksgiving. Highly recommend for people who don't want to cook on a holiday, but want superb choices and delicious offerings.

This was the holiday buffet. The food made me sick, possibly because of too many people breathing around the food. No buffets in my future. Perhaps I will go back and try it as a restaurant and order directly some day.

Well below par service. Though our server was extremely pleasant there was way too much time between check ins. We needed condiments for a burger and by the time we saw him, decided to eat without it. Same for drink service. Empty waters and would have ordered 2 more bar drinks had they checked on us.
Food overall was decent, typically overpriced for hotel as expected. The $62 ribeye was Walmart quality cut of meat though.
Atmosphere was fine as long as you don’t mind being in the open busy lobby. Fine for a regular meal but not for an intimate dinner.

Ate here every morning as part of my stay at the Hotel and honestly it might be the best part of my stay. Food was divine whether from the full buffet or ordered off the menu! Service was exemplary. They grow their own herbs on site and use local goods for eggs and such. They also have gluten free and vegan options which was a huge plus.
It was a lovely place to have a nice day with my wife at valentines day's,food was amazing as well as the dessert.

We had an incredible Thanksgiving experience at 1600 Bar + Grille! The service and food were outstanding, and the ambiance was fantastic. We've decided to make this our yearly tradition. We are very grateful for the staff and their hospitality. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! 10/10!

The breakfast here was one of the highlights of my stay. The 1600 Bar and Grill offered a fantastic spread with well-presented meals that exceeded my expectations. And a lot of amazing deserts which I always appreciate lol Mrs Shai & her staff were so professional and made sure my cup was never empty and my plates where cleared before I said anything amazing service and the made to order omelet bar was so good and The dishes were crafted with care, and the flavors were impressive, showcasing the pride the culinary team takes in their work. The lobby bar also provided a cozy and vibrant atmosphere for a relaxing evening drink, and I was pleased to find a Starbucks conveniently located in the lobby.
