An absolutely unforgettable dining experience with Chef Billy! Every course was beautifully prepared, perfectly balanced, and showcased incredible freshness and creativity. You can really taste the passion and attention to detail in every bite. The omakase flowed perfectly from start to finish;

I would describe omakase here as part stand-up comedy show and part food. The chef / owner seems like a super nice guy and talks pretty much the whole meal with some moderately funny jokes. Given the chef is such a nice guy, it pains me to write this, but in my humble opinion the food itself was not particularly inspiring, not bad but not up to par for the price of the meal.

I wish we had better people doing the experience for us because I think it made the experience a little bit more awkward and serious. But we were really enjoying ourselves. The food was amazing and I learned so much!
