I came today in the drive through and had a wonderful conversation with this nice young lady, she was wearing a green shirt. While we were having a conversation she has handed me a drink that wasn’t mine and before I was able to hand it back I believe it was a shift lead (?) came up to her with a nasty attitude and asked her where the drink went. She than preceded to tell her to read her IPad more accurately in a rude tone in front of me. The girl seemed bothered and apologized for that happening. The drinks were well made, just felt bad for the girl.

My mom and I love coming to this place we love the drink it just really depends on the day you go, i honestly love there drinks but there’s time you notice the impatience and rushed drinks, there’s been multiple times I ask light on the Carmel drizzle because they fill the bottom with so much caramel and it just be over powering the drinks sometimes when I tell them to make sure if it’s light on caramel they reply with an attitude and when it comes out it just be pure caramel then I be very embarrassed to ask them to remake it to not hold up the line. I still come here because it’s the closest place for me but still just be patient with customers that’s all

I'm a regular customer and I'm consistently impressed by the young adults working at the stand. They're always polite and engage in genuine conversation, especially one young woman with light eyes (may I suggest name tags) who knows her drinks well and offers great suggestions. However, the music can be loud and obnoxious, which I attribute to the manager's poor judgment. On one occasion, I witnessed the manager speaking loudly and unprofessionally to an employee. Her attire was also questionable; it appeared as though she wasn't wearing anything under her oversized shirt. I learned from an employee that she was the manager. While I commend the young adults for their hard work, I'm disappointed in the manager's unprofessional behavior and appearance -as a result 4 stars.
