One of my favorite spots to study whenever I'm in the area. I always go for the Vietnamese coffee with half sweetness and half ice. If you prefer something with more flavor and less caffeine, the House Coffee is a great alternative. The Strawberry Hibiscus is also a refreshing, well-balanced option. It would be nice if they had more cushion on their seats and better back support, it would make longer study sessions a lot easier.

I came here because it was one of the only boba spots open that was near a coffee shop my mom likes. I walked in and the place was very clean and I saw a few people coming in to work on laptops. It had that café vibe for sure. They had water bottles for sale. As far as boba goes, there wasn’t a lot to choose from but the service was nice. I ended up trying the Rio Rosa with boba. The drink had a hint of lime, which I didn’t expect but it was a pleasant surprise. It had a...
