I am NEVER one to leave a terrible review. I AM DISAPPOINTED. The disrespect from the lady who answered the phone, raising her voice and acting smart with me when I was simply asking for directions. You would treat a potential customer like that....that's disgusting. I will NEVER come here and PLEASE be aware of THE DISRESPECTFUL IGNORANT SERVICE. WHAT A SHAME. DO BETTER.

Just called them and asked if they took Apple Pay- they do. I show up and the door is locked and a young guy is inside cleaning and said they were closed and I could get the pre packaged juices at the vegan restaurant. I don't want a pre packaged juice- I wanted a smoothie. The girl who talked to me on the phone never said a word about them being closed. This is extremely frustrating. This is my lunch break. What a waste of time. They just gave their business to smoothie king which is across the street from them.People wonder why small businesses fail so often. I can tell you a few reasons why. They have limited hours. They hire young employees with limited work ethic that they can pay at a discounted price. Their products are often sub par because they are just starting up and have limited funds. The owners often have no previous businesses lacking managerial skills and finance skills. I like helping small businesses but they are often inconvenient, lack customer service skills, and have sub par products.

Closed at 4:30pm; when the website says 5pm.Additionally located within a restaurant which is not real issue but you can't buy juice in the fridge because the restaurant says it's different cash register.

I've been going here for a VERY long time, since they were attached to the gym. I always order the exact same smoothie but I'd never have anything bad to say about this place, and the owner is always extremely nice. When they first opened a few doors down from the gym she gave me a free shirt. ❤️ I loved the other location while it was open as well, that one was actually closest to me. But I'm still willing to drive to memorial because it's worth it. The Juggernaut is literally the best smoothie ever, to me. ? Sometimes I have to make sure they blend it well because of the bananas, but the employees are always understanding about it. A few times the banana chunks have ruined it for me but it’s bound to happen sometimes, not a big deal.

EDIT 05/17/23: Confirmed this employee was a "713 Juice employee"I am not certain if this was a "713 Juice" employee or a "the hive" employee.I typically arrive to pick up juice at 8AM, the past couple of weeks the lady working the front register has not been present at the register as I walk in. Today I stood at the front for 15 minutes waiting to pay for my juice (two other people were waiting as well). I decided to walk toward the kitchen area as I could hear someone cutting fruit. When I asked the employee is she could ring me up she stated "I am busy".Personally I see this as poor customer service. I may be looking at this from the wrong perspective but if you have 3 people at the front (waiting to pay/order) I think fruit chopping can wait OR provide a more courteous reason for why you can not assist.*As previously stated I do not know if this was a "713 Juice" or "the hive" employee ("713 Juice" is currently operating out of "the hive"). I will be posting this to both in hopes this scenario does not occur to future guests.

Came in excited to try their juices, which we thought would be fresh, made to order. However, they were all pre-made, sitting in the fridge with limited inventory, and unnecessarily expensive. Personally, the juices were not my cup of tea.

Fresh real fruit and tasty smoothies and the place is clean. Service is always on point and in/out fairly quickly.
