Victor was very attentive. Not only was it my first visit but I was alone and he made both experiences enjoyable. There was another male waiter who was extremely helpful as well but I didn’t catch his name. 4 stars because I personally would have liked more veggie options but their buffet is loaded and everything was tasty!

Found glass in the meat after cooking and eating. Rice was not refilled and was rancid. Nothing was done. Waiter just threw out the glass.
This place is a must its very clean and the food is fresh and you get to pile your plate and add any ingredient to a hot boiling pot right at your table. The staff was awesome.

This place is FANTASTIC! This had to be one of my best dates ever! I came in a bit nervous, but this place is absolutely all around fantastic. I'd never been to a Korean barbecue place before, nor a hotpot place, and being a POC in a small store like this was nerve wracking, so my anxiety was on high. But the amazing server Victor came over and saved the day and showed us how to do everything from the basics and served us the food, even though it's a do-it-yourself! He was so kind, sweet, polite, and understanding!The food was absolutely amazing, the service was amazing, and the atmosphere was so much friendlier than I can ever have expected. I'm coming again most definitely!

It’s was our first HOT POT experience… So needless to say, we were completely lost when we got here. Thanks to Hannah who was extremely helpful. She even started cooking our food and made us two different dipping sauces. I swear without her We probably would’ve walked out because we were confused. So ask for HANNAH !! She was a delight and a gracious host !!! Give her a raise she’s too nice . She even gave us coupons toTo come back and we definitely will be back .
