I absolutely enjoy the Breakfast but especially Lunch and Dinner the service is amazing . Everything on the menu is great but the Mussels and Soy Glazed Salmon is my favorite. Honorable mention: French Dip Sliders, mhmm.

We checked into the hotel got our keys and went to a room. The door keys didn't work. We assumed that there was some kind of technical problem and went back down to the front desk. The front desk recharge the key. We went back to our rooms. And it still didn't work. We went through this process three more times and finally one key worked after they sent maintenance. But this was just the beginning. The toilets didn't work. They wouldn't flush. The rooms, the hotel have high humidity. What I mean by this is that the humidity inside my hotel room was greater than the humidity outside. How do I know this. After trying to sleep in what felt like a swamp, and I should know because I'm from Louisiana, I pulled out my smartphone which had a humidity analyzer as part of it and measured the humidity in my room. The humidity in my room was greater than the humidity outside. The rooms also had a funny smell. Probably mold. It has been my experience that the only time that you have rooms or internal rooms with such high humidity is if there has been a flood of some kind with that building. On the positive side the staff was very nice. But overall please do not do not stay here! Toilets do not work ! Door keys do not work ! Rooms have funny smell ! Humidity equal to sleeping in a swamp while in your hotel room! Again I am from Louisiana. I have experience with swamps.

I was traveling for business and had a lot of last-minute packages delivered and needed help with several other minor issues. The staff, from Antwonette and Brittany at the front desk to every housekeeper I approached, was gracious and patient. They made me happy to see them every time I stepped out of my room. While the furniture in my room was a bit "tired", the bed was great so I didn't care. For these reasons, I highly recommend this place.

The service was amazing! Everyone at the hotel was so nice, and so helpful. I had a really important zoom meeting on the day of checkout, and the front desk honored my late checkout request. I especially want to recognize Antwonette. She did the third shift. She was sooooo sweet, and VERY helpful when I came in late. Anything I needed, she ensured I had it promptly. She was exceptional! The entire hotel staff was. My room was perfect as well. This hotel was amazing and I definitely will be coming back!!

We booked this hotel for a stay during a family member's wedding in Houston. From the moment we arrived, there was a pervasive smell of marijuana on the property. It continued throughout the stay in the hallways, and the front porte cochere where there were people smoking it outside every evening. The elevators were not working properly while we were there, so we resorted to just using the stairs. The room itself was okay....the chair in the corner had a disgusting stain on the seat, and should be cleaned or replaced. A big annoyance as well was the fact that I reserved the "breakfast included" rate, which at every other hotel in which we have stayed includes ALL occupants of the room. So, if you've booked a double queen, that should be 4 people. However, we learned that the breakfast included is only for 2 people per room - period. On top of that, there is a $10 service charge for the free breakfast. What a racket. We will never stay here again.

This hotel used to be really nice. I've stayed several times before the pandemic and is was great. This time not so much! I normally do a 1bdrm suite. This time I tried the king suite. My son walked in and said, "This room smells like crab legs." It dark, drab, andsmells old and like mildew. I sprayed half a can of Lysol to disinfect and it still smells. No other suites are available. I don't know if it's just this room but, this is my last stay here.

Our family reunion is scheduled at this location later this month. We met with Anne, our Sales and Catering Manager, and Damien, the Chef, today to review all arrangements and to taste the food to be served. First, Anne took over after the prior manager left, but has ensured that our event did not fail after a frustrating break in communication. She has been attentive and thorough throughout the planning process. The tasting set up today was fabulous. Chef Damien is Houston’s best kept secret! All of his creations were freshly made and not repurposed from a prior meal or frozen option. His homemade chicken fettuccine Alfredo, crisp and delicious mixed vegetables and mouthwatering tiramisu has me planning to make regular visits just to visit this restaurant!
Great service from the front desk Especially Britney, she went out her way to help me. That happen every day. She will text me if all ok with me, and if there is anything that I need. As well I got only smiles an hellos from everyone and that is nice feeling.

Breakfast buffet is wonderful The omelette station will give you lots of choices how you like it done It's my first time here but have tried some hotels in other places. I like it better than most of them.
