First time trying Sea Moss. I don't think I've noticed any health benefit changes. It may work wonders for other people. I'm not fond on the thickness of the gel if I take it without putting it in my smoothie. The drinks were really good. I've found other places around who sell Sea Moss and I will try those out to see which one works best for me.

Just when I was about to give up I received a phone call and text from the owner I presume that it’s not a store but a home business and directed me where to meet. He even gave me a free drink for the trouble?❤️
