85°C is my go to pastry place! The cakes are delicious. My favorite coffees are the iced Vietnamese coffee and the sea salt one.

My boyfriend placed an order for a cake and paid for it in advance. When we arrived at the location, we were told the cake was sold out. I could understand if we hadn’t already ordered and paid, but in this case it was very disappointing. It would have been much better customer service to notify us ahead of time rather than letting us drive all the way there only to find out.

5⭐ I have came here before so I'm unsure why I have never reviewed it. The bakery is absolutely delicious, everything is so good. I finally tried the Vietnamese coffee and it's so delicious!

I LOVE 85° Bakery Cafe and let me tell you why.

I’ve been to both their Katy location and now their Houston location. Both times I have been completely blown away by the service, quality of food, and atmosphere (cleanliness and ambience).

I had the pleasure of being helped today by David and let me tell you this man was on a mission. I took my time picking out the bread that I wanted, and when I went to check out, this man was rushing to finish my order like it was an Olympic sport. As a note, there was no one behind me in line and no one else in the store.

This is some high-quality service. Don’t know where you found David, but leave it to 85° to find him.

Quality Service + Quality Food + Quality Atmosphere = Fantastic/Legendary Café.

Highly highly highly recommend, this is some of the best bread you will ever taste in your life.

Food is ok. But the workers making the drinks didn’t prepare them in order—they just made whatever was easiest for them. I had to wait until 10 other drinks were made for people behind me in line. When I asked if they weren’t following the order, the person at the counter said they don’t normally make drinks in order so I just have to wait. That’s ridiculous. Stupid response. In situations like this, the proper response should be something like, “Sorry, it got a bit out of order because we’re busy.” This place clearly needs better customer service training.

85 bakery never disappoints in food or service. My only gripe with this location is that it must be an old building cuz it feels like it. Needs a face lift. Decent on cleanliness otherwise.
