I no longer live near a 85 degree bakery so I drove about 20 miles (30 minutes) to this location since it’s the “closest”. I get in line to order and it’s my turn. I’m excited to order 2 caramel milk teas with boba just to be told, “we don’t have any boba”. Extremely puzzled and trying to make sure I understood correctly, I respond, “you don’t have any boba?”. The cashier responds, “yes, we don’t have boba for today”. I’ve been to this location before, and several others, and to be told that for an entire day you just don’t have any boba is unheard of and extremely disappointing. Her attitude and tone came across as if I should have known this information beforehand. (I didn’t see any signage as this is not normal based on my experience.) I just walked out; I will never come back to this location. EVER.

85° has the absolute best sun cakes in the Houston area. They're not quite the same as those you can buy in the Philippines but are close enough to keep me coming back.

They need to close this location, the one in Chinatown is better, the food and the drinks taste better. It’s the service here that’s awful and discriminatory. All people want is some decent coffee etc just to get treated like crap. No wonder why this location is rarely busy, hopefully they open another location with better staff

Drove 40 minutes in the rain to get here exactly at 8pm, an hour before close. 99% of the food cabinets were empty probably because the staff wanted to clock out early. Get here at noon I guess if you want to be able to actually purchase anything.

Great bakery. Always fresh. Go early in the day before they run out of bread. I visited atore around 7 pm but there was hardly any pastries left.

Love IT!!! There’s not one closer to me in League City but I’ll travel to this one and the one on Bellaire. The one in Sugar Land is nice too.

Came here around 8:30 am and only about half the bakery items were out. Maybe came too early but that was really disappointing because my favorite item wasn’t out wahhhh. But what I did end up getting was good, as always. All the pastries are good so you really can’t go wrong! And the latte was good. 👍
