A ‘bouzy remains a classic restaurant featuring a solid menu and extensive drink choices. Fantastic service with excellent recommendations. Noise level went way up when a table of 10 was seated just behind us. Will definitely return.
Great place for lunch or dinner with courteous, attentive staffs and delicious foods. This is also a unique destination for brunch.
Service was excellent, food was good but several of the dishes were underwhelming for the price
It is always a joy going to A'bouzy. The staff is friendly and professional. The managers are fantastic, they check in on you, making sure your stay is pleasant. The food is always on spot and they fantastic “to go” menus daily.
We really enjoyed the environment and there was high anticipation for the food. The scallop appetizer was very good but our entrees left much to be desired. My wife got the stuffed salmon which was decent, a little dry and lacking in flavor. I ordered the PotPie and it was very disappointing. All of the seafood was extremely over cooked and dry? The puff pastry on top was soggy. Thankfully our waiter removed it from our bill. We would really like to go back but with the price of the food and the quality deriving from it I can not see us returning.
Excellent food, only hiccup was we were halfway through our wonderful mussels until we finally got the small seafood forks, after asking two separate wait staff.
The tomato galette, which both my wife and i ordered, and have been ordering for many years, today seemed warmed in the microwave rather than straight from the oven - not crispy. The taste though was the usual outstanding fare. Pastries overall delightful as usual, but the thing that looked like a brownie but was not, was just not good under any evaluation. Our waiter was effusive was good humor, a good characteristic.
My wife and I (Boomers) enjoy Brunch at a'Bouzy when we go to Houston. It is a very nice place, a younger crowd and always a great brunch. The service is A+ everytime and a great atmosphere.
Welcoming, service excellent, food quality high, tasty, good menu, and will return to the restaurant.
The food was absolutely delicious and it was a beautiful night to sit outside on the patio. The service was fantastic from the moment we walked in to when we left.

The food was delicious in general, we particularly liked the seafood pie. The chocolate lava cake was good. The waitress was very attentive and gave good recommendations.
The food was absolutely beyond great! We started with the crab fingers, bone marrow, and baked oysters—all were outstanding and set the tone for the evening. For entrées, the seafood pot pie was truly to die for. I'll admit I was skeptical at first, but it turned out to be one of the best dishes I've ever had. The blackened redfish was another winner—perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. Every bite was memorable, and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves exceptional food.
I had heard about a'Bouzy for several years, but hadn't ever been. We had a delightful celebratory meal there with friends and really enjoyed ourselves. The food was spot on and the service was attentive without being too stuffy or nosy.
We celebrated a birthday here and everything was excellent. Our server was phenomenal. So nice, and fun! We will definitely be back!!
I will be back. I visited a’bouzy during lunch for a business meeting and the atmosphere was calm & inviting. Diving into their menu, I enjoyed the crab fingers and sparkling rosé. Those are MUST HAVES. The Caesar salad was good as well, I would ask for extra anchovies if you don’t select a protein for your salad. I had the grilled cheese and scallops, which were my least favorite, but they’re still worth trying.
