Ordered online. Been ordering many times in person too. I’d say not filled enough for shawarma. Although delicious. Garlic sauce is amazing When ordered online. Called them at almost 2 am. Just to say don’t put picked vegetables since I don’t eat them and don’t want to waste it. Worker said “thank you for not wasting food. We appreciate that. We will do as you wish”

I just want to share how these people are scammers. A piece of shrink wrap normally costs $10, but they raise it to $23 and then run a ‘buy one, get one free’ promotion. They trick people in a stupid way. The worst company i have ever seen.I hope they will close all their locations

The food at Abu Omar Halal is absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious halal options. The flavors are spot on, and everything is cooked to perfection. However, there are a couple of issues that have been bothering me. When ordering through Uber Eats or DoorDash, there’s no option to customize your order. For example, I really dislike pickles, but when I order a shawarma, I’m stuck with them because I can’t specify what I want to leave out. I’ve tried calling the restaurant to ask them to leave out the pickles, but no one ever answers the phone. It’s frustrating because I just want to enjoy my meal without having to pick around ingredients I don’t like. It would be fantastic if the restaurant could bring back the customization feature for online orders and improve their phone communication. That way, customers can tailor their orders to their preferences without any hassle. Aside from that, the atmosphere is great, and the service is always friendly. It’s a solid spot for a quick bite or a casual meal. I just hope they consider adding more flexibility for online orders and better phone availability in the future!
