I LOVE ADAIR'S DOWNTOWN LOCATION!!! BEST Restaurant for Breakfast, Lunch, & Happy Hour after work!! Arlyne, Vanessa, Chris, and the other amazing waitstaff are truly amazing and treat you like family! They are very quick and have amazing food Cooked to perfection! Myself & my co-workers go to Adairs Downtown at least once a week and LOVE IT!! If you haven't been.. Definitely go next week and if you have been.. it's time to go back! They NEVER EVER Disappoint. I've been to this place several times, and despite encountering different staff, the customer service has consistently been disappointing. It's very convenient for my office, but the frustration of dealing with poor service outweighs the convenience.

It was very disappointing because we planned to have dinner here before going to the Hobby Center. We arrived a little before 6 and were told they were closed but on the website closing time was 7. The website needs to reflect the correct hours to avoid situations like this.

Ordered chicken karaage appetizer and steak and burger for mains. Everything came together. The karaage was damp and not crisp. We asked for medium on mains-both were cooked well so ended up being dry. Told server and they knocked $4 off one of the mains. Would not repeat
