food is not that good. whatever you do don’t get the vegan cashew option. the broth was lowkey gross and the texture is not good and the flavors are just too much and feels low effort.

too much combination of flavors it’s too much on the palette. also for some reason they put yuzu (citrusy flavor on everything) and it’s doesn’t taste good with everything. it’s too much.

def would recommend somewhere good and actually authentic in bellaire

Delicious ! The staff was also very attentive. I constantly saw every staff member either cleaning, prepping, or serving food. I liked the crispy salmon taco they had on the happy hour menu. I also liked the Yuzu Shoyu ramen. I will return.

The Best Ramen in H-Town! The food is healthy and delicious 😋

A little bit expensive but worth it for the ramen, for everything we got the bill turned out to be close to 200 dollars plus tip. Their sushi hand rolls are the most worth it and th happy hour menu items are really good for a light bite if you’re not overly hungry.

Appetizers were delicious, will be back. Was confused on who are server was, but then it was good. Our server was attentive and helpful. We would get the poke taco and spicy edemame again. I had the cashew miso and loved it, will go back to try another.

I submitted the food order online at 1:30pm on the Super Bowl Sunday 2/8/26 to be delivered at 5pm with full payment, but the restaurant called me after 4pm and informed me that the business has already closed at 4pm due to Super Bowl. I never received the refund for my payment or the food. The restaurant never sent me the cancellation or refund email either. I am from Japan and very disappointed with the criminal activity of this Japanese. They just took my money and disappeared. Please someone help me to get my money back !!!

They forgot my appetizer. When it came out, I couldn’t find the ingredients on it that was listed, plus the photo on menu looked entirely different. The snap pee salad.

The server never came to my table to check on me, or give me the bill. I had to go get him to pay. I waited 25 mins just for the bill alone.

I took one step forward, 5 steps back by coming here today.

The ramen was just ok. Not $18 good.

The ramen here was relatively decent, the service was good despite there only being 1 waitress during a busy time. I would return to try other dishes on their menu. I ordered the Yuzu Ratan & Basque cheesecake.

This has become my favorite ramen spot in town (and I’ve tried ~15 or more)! I get the Crispy Bok Choy to start, which I highly recommend. I tried their Yuzu Shio and Tonkotsu Shio before, these were both good but I prefer some spice. So the Tonkotsu Tantan is my favorite and every bite is wonderful! I add an egg to it as well. I’ll be here often!
