The only reason it's a 3 is the price. $30 for LUNCH is ludicrous. A bowl of ramen, 3 dumplings, and a regular drink is not worth $30. The food had great flavor, the service was good and the atmosphere was nice, but i will not be back. I have no desire to spend that much money on lunch. With such a huge selection of ramen spots in the area, go somewhere else.
First time here. Best ramen spot in Houston, for sure.
It was Friday night so there was a wait but it moved quick.
The appetizers were all great. The fried egg is so good! Great drinks too.
Our waiter Alex was awesome. He was very attentive and knowledgeable. The manager was also very kind and came by to check on our table and thanked us for coming in. Made great suggestions for which ramen to pick too. I had the spicy Tonkotsu and it did not disappoint!...

I went here on Saturday midday and found the place to have a fair number of people inside. The place was very clean and had an attractive decor.
I ordered first the crispy ramen eggs ($8). The contents consisted of two lightly battered eggs with a strong ginger aioli. The eggs themselves were plain, I dont this was intentional. The sauce alone had to carry the flavour over.
Next I had the toknotsu tan tan ($16.80). The base broth was excellent,...
