The waitress she was great down to our funny and very attentive and the food was great if you also had a nice size portion for the price, but the margarita was $21 and it wasn't worth it at all

TLDR: Food was good, wait is long. Come here if you have time to kill. I decided to try Cadillac because it's a priority pass restaurant, and I needed dinner before the plane. No one was at the front to greet you, but on the stand there is a QR code for the waitlist. Myself and another group put ourself on the list & patiently waited. I'll be honest I did not expect this salad to have so much FLAVOR!!! It was DELICIOUS!!! If you're ever in IAH and you have a taste for Mexican food, DEFINITELY stop by, you won't be disappointed.
