Pretty disappointing experience Had a reservation at 8:30 but was seated at 8:50 Felt like the waiter forgot about us as we saw people who came after us got their meal first and left before we did Doesn't matter if it's a special valentine event, if I am paying $300+, I expect a very good service.

Easily one of the best restaurants in Houston right now. Incredibly fresh sushi, and the edamame are out of this world. Much better than any of the other Japanese/Asian fusion area restaurants we have tried. We lived in Japan for several years, and this is the only place that has come close in terms of quality and preparation. Noise level on a Friday night is our only complaint. Service was excellent. Least expensive Omakase menu was an excellent value too. Will definitely be returning.

Food was delicious with nice presentation. Super cool walk to the restrooms through a bamboo forest. We will be back!

Tonight was our first time to try Aiko and we were very impressed. We had the NYE Omakase and some additional nigiri, and everything was exceptionally good. The fish quality was very good, as well as course composition. A bonus for the evening was the hall entrance to the restrooms, such a fun amd picture worthy display. We will definitely go back!
Sat at the sushi bar and let the chef drive . Everything was awesome! Every dish had great flavor and was super fresh . The staff was great.

The food is always great. My family and I choose the omakase which is a great experience. Not on the omakase menu we added the avocado from the starters menu which was a good surprise. Cocktails and moktails were well enjoyed. The deconstructed cheesecake for the dessert was quite creative. Sometimes noise level has been a problem while dining, but there was a great crowd that night, and the noise level was fine.

I thought the food was good. But the service was literally so bad I wouldn't want to go back. They were out of main menu items that were included in the Omakase and only informed us after we asked why it was skipped. They didn't give us a comparable replacement and didn't apologize or make up for the inconvenience in any way. The food came out so slow I was starving the entire dinner. The manager was hanging at the bar with her friends and never came over to check on us as we waited for food all night. It was birthday and they didn't knowledge it at all. The waiters had a bad attitude all night and gave us nothing for excuses.
