The food is always great. My family and I choose the omakase which is a great experience. Not on the omakase menu we added the avocado from the starters menu which was a good surprise. Cocktails and moktails were well enjoyed. The deconstructed cheesecake for the dessert was quite creative. Sometimes noise level has been a problem while dining, but there was a great crowd that night, and the noise level was fine.

I thought the food was good. But the service was literally so bad I wouldn't want to go back. They were out of main menu items that were included in the Omakase and only informed us after we asked why it was skipped. They didn't give us a comparable replacement and didn't apologize or make up for the inconvenience in any way. The food came out so slow I was starving the entire dinner. The manager was hanging at the bar with her friends and never came over to check on us as we waited for food all night. It was birthday and they didn't knowledge it at all. The waiters had a bad attitude all night and gave us nothing for excuses.

VIP experience was great! Food and pairings were spot on but the service was a little lacking likely due to the ammount of people. Definitely recommend though!

The food was amazing. My only complaint is that it was loud and we could hear every word of the table next to us. Could use a little noise dampening or partitions between tables.

Service is amazing and the foie gras nigiri was the best! Great social hour which allows new restaurant patrons to try a variety of menu items. Spicy ahi maki and negitoro hand rolls were really good too!

A must if you are a person who enjoys Fantastic food and is not concerned about the bill. If you are then suggest you stick with happy hr items , which are good but nowhere near what the full menu delivers which is nothing short of Heaven.

We were in Houston to pick up a family member from the airport and decided to have dinner at Aiko and it was amazing as always. The food was exceptional and the service was excellent. The quality of the fish is outstanding, every bite simply melts in your mouth like butter. Aiko has become one of our must visit spots whenever we're in Houston, and we'll definitely be back again.
