The stray cat outside my home won't even eat this food. I had an inedible poke bowl from here today. Everything in the bowl was good except for the salmon and tuna, and anything that they had touched. The restaurant coated the fresh fish in an unbelievably salty and bitter sauce. I ordered it to go, or I would have returned it. This is the first truly horrible poke that I have ever had.

This was our first visit, and the food was delicious. They were fast friendly, and we will definitely be back.

The first time dining the food, service, and atmosphere was great. The only thing I did not like was that the waitress stands over us and just stares. The second time was not so great. We asked for soy sauce and a small plate to pour it in. The soy sauce jar had a nasty layer like they never wash it and just keep refilling it. Then they brought the small plate to pour the soy sauce in and it had a roach. We had just got our food when this happened and our appetite went away. We kept checking to see if there were more roaches in our food. Won’t be going back.

I can't speak to the atmosphere of this establishment because it's changed names/hands multiple times. And I don't usually post a review the same night I eat from a place but this one is a special case. The eggs I received were cold and almost frozen in the middle. I won't get into the fact it's almost $2 for an extra egg, and they aren't even heated properly. The Tonkotsu comes with corn and it was missing. To which I was told I didn't order corn!?! Do they not know what comes in their own ramen!?! This may just be this Ramen restaurant, but I have never received cold broth and cold food and been told that's how it's sent out. If something is cooked and prepared fresh as a hot food, it should be HOT. The chicken katsu I ordered came with no sauce, which was extremely disappointing, especially because the cutlet was already cold , dry, and bland. The menu states it comes with broccoli as the vegetables, not mixed veggies, BUT BROCCOLI. I am not sure why the meal I received came with exactly two pieces, but they need better interpretation of their menu if they want to mitigate confusion. The rice was also cold and tasted old. The worst part of this situation was calling to report the inadequacy of my food only to have "Judy" argue with her employee for almost 10 minutes while I waited to see if they were at least going to offer some resolution. They didn't. This woman couldn't even speak to me directly regarding my order issue which is extremely rude and unprofessional. This is not the kind of quality I have ever had in my Ramen and I certainly will never visit or order from this place again. After spending $60 and basically being told I'm wrong as a customer it's unacceptable. Not one offer to correct or explain was taken by the manager, and it's not even about a refund but taking accountability. I attempted to support a local owned business, and I should have just ordered Jinya smh.

The owner Judy is so nice and accommodating. She always presents with a smile. Food is delicious and the atmosphere is very chill. My favorite items are the Black Garlic tonkatsu ramen and their special crunchy roll? (#15).*Already ate some of the sushi in the pic!Parking: Free parking in shopping lot.

The atmosphere was incredible. However it seemed that the owners only understand the concept of a ramen shop and not the flavors that go into it. I ordered the 72 hour ramen. It lacked flavor, which made me question if it was actually cooked for 72 hours. The mushrooms were the only savory part of the dish. The next issue was the rock and roll sushi. It was mainly made up of tempera shrimp and rice. There was no soy Sauce or flavor to go with it. Lastly, the price was incredibly high compared to other quality ramen shops.Wheelchair accessibility: Na

This place is better than jinya ramen. It's a little hidden but I'm usually not one to favor ramen. Although I love tempura and Sushi the idea was for me to actually try the ramen at this place. The ramen was amazing and I loved it despite normally not being a fan of ramen. The tempura shrimp was nice and crispy and not over battered, the calamari was perfectly fried, and they also have crispy chicken which were all delicious. I would definitely go again

The ramen was perfect for the cold weather. The lady that was running the front was very nice and welcoming, as well as the gentleman that arrived later. We where a table of 3 and order multiple different items, all of them delicious and wonderfully presented. A very big shout out to the staff working during Jan 15th in the morning, the hospitality was very much appreciated.

Good ramen and sushiThe atmosphere is warm and inviting.I had the spicy chicken ramen, it was rich and hearty, perfectly made, I didn't use any condiments to adjust the flavor at all.My kids split their bowl of beef ramen, and loved it, especially the Naruto in the soup. We also had the crunchy sushi roll, between myself and kids we devoured as much as we could.I plan on going back

The only bowl of ramen I haven't finished eating because it was just purely disappointing.Do you like bean sprouts? I hope so because half the bowl is bean sprouts. I even asked the server if they gave me extra on accident and was told that was the usual portion. This is ranty but there were more bean sprouts than noodles in a bowl of ramen.I got the black garlic tonkotsu and it was honestly pretty flavorless, and no creaminess either.$17 for the worst bowl of ramen I've had.
