I have 2 favorite rolls: the Lady Gaga and I just found the Cherry Blossom roll. Both are divine!

Had to give 1 star. Never got service. Sat in a booth for 15 minutes without anyone coming to offer water.

This is the better of the 2 Akashi restaurants I've been to so far, the service was amazing, the server was very interactive and asked our opinions on the food and flavors and drinks. Exceptional service.

Don’t go to this location. The one at Benders Landing is great. They have no Kids menu at Vintage Park. So nuggets and fries are $11.00. Since they charge separately instead having a kids meal you get a ridiculous amount of nuggets. Literally enough for 2 or 3 kids. I ordered the happy family but it was awful. The sauce was basically straight soy sauce not a light gravy. I think I might have been given someone else’s food. Anyways don’t waste your money at this Akashi. The one near benders landing is excellent. They have a kids meal. Their food is great. The vintage park location is terrible.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Akashi. It was my first time there, and my wife and I went to meet up with some friends of ours. We had multiple courses, sharing appetizers and a few amazing rolls. All the food was fresh and using high-quality ingredients, and were plated with care.Cocktails are 100% on point. They have an astounding wine and liquor selection, far better than you'd expect. Next time I go, I plan on sitting at the bar and trying all the different bourbons, scotches, and gins they have, (including some exceptionally rare varieties I've never seen before.)

Great service and food. Had Uni as well which was incredible! The place had a decent crowd and vibe - good wine list!

I finally tried this restaurant and was very disappointed. I got the shrimp tempura bento box. The fried rice wasn’t seasoned well, the shrimp tasted frozen, the salad and wonton soup were decent. The wontons looked homemade which I appreciated but under seasoned as well. I wouldn’t recommend eating here.
