I complained about the chicken in the burger which wasn’t properly cooked and it was not the first time that this happened. Once I order from door dash it was same thing but I thought I will let it go but today when I talked to the manager and she denied and said it is cooked which made me hella frustrated. I mean I am the one who took a bite of it and spit it out. She could have offer us a new burger or she could have cancel it. I brought my whole family to try their food and it was total waste of my money and time when they dont value their customers. Really disappointed with the food and service today. Its not even about food now its about how she can deny the customer and try to force them to believe whatever she is saying.

Disappointing service. You have to call again and again for everything even for the cutlery (which they are supposed to guve you before you ask) and last time the person was serving I felt like he is giving food for free as he was looking so furious and wasn’t in mood or serving
And never try their waffle ever! And you will see the roaches going inside as you step out of the restaurant.

Awful buffet. Extremely rude staff. We were going to cheer for Pakistan in the Pakistan vs India cricket game, and then we come across this server who told us to move our tables without asking nicely or even giving us a heads up. Like we straight up had to move it ourselves. Anyway, the buffet charge was $25, but it wasn’t like the $19.99 we saw online. Which was upsetting. And so we paid anyway despite this ridiculous price change. And so we go outside and the buffet options are extremely limited and the food was lukewarm. We got pakola which as you know you can go to any Indian market and buy it for less than $4, but here it was $13. Yes $13. Per pakola. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I understand they’re trying to make a profit but they were being very unreasonable with us and we have every right to be angry as customers. Extremely overpriced and rude staff. Never coming back here again.

Lush Café is truly a gem in the Sugar Land/Houston area — a perfect balance of great food, great vibes, and genuine hospitality. The moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by a modern, cozy atmosphere that works just as well for a family dinner as it does for a late-night hangout with friends.

The menu is outstanding — a creative fusion of Mediterranean, Desi, and Asian flavors that somehow all work together beautifully. Every dish we’ve tried bursts with freshness and bold flavor, from their zinger burgers and sliders to the Hakka noodles and specialty platters. You can tell they care about both taste and presentation.

Beyond the food, Lush really shines as a place to unwind. The hookah lounge is top-tier, with plenty of flavors and a comfortable setup. They often host live music and weekend brunches that bring the whole place to life. It’s the kind of spot where the energy is high, but you still feel relaxed and taken care of.

The service? Excellent. Friendly, attentive, and they go the extra mile to make sure you’re happy — a rarity these days. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick bite or making a night of it with friends, Lush Café delivers an experience that keeps you coming back. Highly recommended — one of the best spots in town!

Tried their Sunday buffet; amazing. As authentic as it can be. If you are from Pakistan, and specifically from Karachi, you will recognize the taste right away. Every bite takes you back to your childhood days of Karachi; very nostalgic experience. Everything; from Halwa puri to malpua to tawa keema to anda paratha, everything was spot on!

One thing for management to consider. Brought my family with kids to Sunday Brunch Buffet, and they asked me to wait outside for an estimate of an hour because they have reservations. Who does reservations in buffet? If you are doing reservations during buffet, then you should not call it buffet. Management should consider removing reservation structure from Sunday brunch buffet.
