Today I went shopping at the drive thru and ordered 2 dozen beef and 2 pounds of barbecueThey gave me pork and they only gave me 4 bottles of sauce. I'm a frequent consumer and it doesn't seem fair to me that they give what they want on the side. It's not so cheap that they give you the wrong thing. I know it was my mistake not to check, but never. They were wrong and I trusted it and another thing, the barbecue was not 2 pounds that they gave me.

If I could give them a zero I would they customer service here is horrible I've lived here all my life and remember when it was a little shop I can't believe how rude the employee are ..they will ruin your relationship with your customer and for them to be the brand of Alamo Tamales they represent you.

Highly recommended by family. Upon arrival, the staff seemed to be too busy to be genuinely welcoming. The breakfast tacos ? didn't seem fresh. The egg tacos appeared to be on the dry side. The birria tacos were delicious. Very clean and organized place. Maybe next time we will try the tamales.

Just one detail that happened to us, we have been eating in this place for approximately 7 or 8 years, regularly every 2 weeks, but we had a bad experience with a person, I don't know if it was a manager or something like that, we know that it is not allowed to enter with any food or drink to the place, but on one occasion we asked if we could enter with our coffee, a coffee that for health reasons we prepared in a special way, with sweetener necessary for our condition and an organic coffee that they medically recommended to us and they told us that there was no problem Well, it's just a coffee. We were like this for several years, until the previous days when the detail happened, they did not let us enter with the drink and the person who forbade us gave us an example that if he went to a restaurant and brought a steak, then too bad. My annoyance is that we are not going to consume there for a coffee, we are going for the deliciousness of the food, if the problem was the value of the coffee, then we would have paid the price of the glass and consumed our food as we did for so long. I think they should use a little more empathetic criteria for such a simple situation. Thank you.
