Really was shocked in a good way when I went in! I love the gothic vibe, the decor, the whole ambiance is great! Service was friendly, welcoming! Coffee delicious, had several sugar free coffee add ins and oat milk! Cute gift ideas. Had to get a mini gothic cookie house kit. Will be back.

Stumbled upon this bakery cause I did an Instacart order for them and the owner gave me these incredible brownies as a thank you! They were THE BEST things I’ve ever had. Honestly super smart because I kept coming back after she gifted those to me. They always have a monthly menu change and new goodies to try. This place is just so good literally everything they make! Recommend over any bakery!

We had Alchemy Bake Lab for our wedding and we loved them! The desserts were delicious and we received so many compliments!! The cake was divine and I will definitely be back for our anniversary mini cake next year!
The only reason for four stars was the communication was pretty difficult after booking. I definitely understand it’s a busy season, but both my coordinator and I had struggled for a few weeks leading up to the wedding where we could not get in touch. I also adored my cake, but it was missing some of the gold flakes I really liked in the inspiration photo I had sent over.
Besides this, we adored everything else and can’t get over how delicious everything was.

This bakery is a total gem. The vibe is dark, moody, and so beautifully put together, the treats look like edible art, and everything tastes even better. Kady, the owner, is amazing, and everyone we’ve met there is so friendly. Don’t miss her Iced Salted Caramel Latte or the Fleur de Sel chocolate chip cookies!

It isn’t “fraudulent” to post pics of what is advertised vs. what someone receives. No, I did not purchase them, but I also did not admit to not eating them. Did you know…sometimes friends share food they purchase! 😲 I’m not a “foodie,” just a person disappointed by your products.
Anyway, the pictures speak for themselves.
You might want to take criticism instead of fighting with anyone who leaves honest reviews. It isn’t a good look.

Great little bake shop that specializes in smaller portion treats. They have a seasonal rotating menu. We got a sample plate and a yummy bag of brownie bits. Everything was very tasty and the staff there were really warm and welcoming.

For at least a year I have always wanted to try Alchemy but never had the opportunity bc I was I never in Katy. But ABL came to us at the HEB wine walk…And it didn’t disappoint! It was delish!!! Looking forward to visiting soon.
