The service is what makes this a great spot. They also have a plethora of great margaritas and even some good wines to choose from. The people are friendly and the good is food too. I have become a regular, when in the area.

This is a go to place for us. Great margaritas! Go for happy hour (ends at 6p) if possible. Appetizers are better than the entrees... but that's true pretty much anywhere.

Restaurantji Recommends
The restaurant is a lot larger than it looks from the outside.
The menu is vast. Prices are a little high, but the portions are good.
Service was outstanding.
I would recommend a visit (or two).

The booths are for very paper thin people. I thought it was just me but no, the people directly behind me made the same comment. I'd say get a table unless it's just one person.
The food is pretty mid for the price. Almost on par with cafeteria food. Spanish rice barely had any color, ground meat was greasy and barely had any flavor, chimichanga must've been crunchy at SOME point but wasn't when it was served, but the drinks were nice.
The experience was made primarily by the waiter. I'm not sure if it's in the contract at Alicia's but he was definitely on his chic fil a "my pleasure" vibe the whole time. It was really cute in a way. If my sweet tea even remotely graced the bottom, he was swooping in for a refill. Almost out of chips? He was there. He checked on us the entire time. I'm sure it was easier since there was barely anyone in there, but it was refreshing given all the other experiences I've had in other places. All the waiters looked very presentable including himself and his cool glasses.
The hosts (?) whoever the guys are up front, not as much? I understand chatting on downtime but they almost didn't even acknowledge me as I left. Pretty sure the person I came with acknowledged THEM and they responded. But that's small I suppose?
All in all, I don't think the food and the price is worth going back, but thank goodness there really are good waiters left in the world. I was beginning to lose hope. I'd almost go back just because of him.
Parking: There's not a lot of people and it's a small lot. You should be fine.
Kid-friendliness: Please leave or bring your kids somewhere else.
Wheelchair accessibility: Oh probably not. If I'm not mistaken, there are stairs at the front door.

One of my favorite spots to hide out on my lunch break. The drinks are strong, the food cokes out quick and the salsa is delicious 😋
