Walked in with zero expectations that I would be getting my cake design printout the same day and was already anxious I would get laughed at for even asking, then I met Joseph. Super knowledgeable and you can tell right away he knows how to ask the right questions and you will leave satisfied. Was very affordable and took about 30 minutes to to create this masterpiece on the computer exactly what I wanted! Thank you Joseph! You guys are awesome!

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a store. First off, the name of the store being called cake supply should be changed as it is downright false. From the get go, me and my friends were told that none of the baking supplies were available for purchase and the only thing available to be purchased was one (1) chocolate cupcake and other random bakery items that looked like they had been sitting out for the past century as well as macrons which were basically repurposed and repackaged Costco supplies. Upon entry, the lady at the front desk began glaring at both me and my friends like that of a hawk seeking to capture its prey. She treated us like thieves waiting to steal whatever minimal change was left in her cash register but despite her profiling of us we still continued to peruse her store and look for something to purchase but a line was crossed soon after. One of our friends wanted to pray in the store as the local mosque was closed but she said no and forced her out to pray on the road in the scorching heat especially during Houston summers causing her to kneel on the floor in 100+ degree heat. Despite traumatizing both me and my friends, it still didn’t end there. She then proceeded to lock the door on us as we were exiting and glared at us viciously like we were her sworn enemies. May God help whoever enters this establishment and suffers from the trauma we had to endure. 1 star is too rich for this place, 0 stars would have been more appropriate. Steer clear of this place.

My visit to this bakery was an appalling and deeply distressing experience. The owner's behavior was shockingly Islamophobic and outright hostile. When my friend needed to pray and found the adjacent mosque closed, the owner heartlessly refused to let her pray inside, forcing her to kneel on the scorching asphalt of the parking lot in Houston's brutal 100-degree heat.

From the moment we entered, we were treated like criminals. The owner watched us with an intense, suspicious glare, slamming the register and following us around while muttering rude comments under her breath. Despite the store being labeled as a bakery supply shop, she bizarrely claimed nothing was for sale. Even if it was for sale though I would not buy it, every thing looked like the lowest quality she could find, and as someone who decorates cakes, I would never buy. She also told us to leave because we weren’t buying anything and that we could not access the restroom, even though my friend urgently needed it.

The so-called baked goods were nothing but overpriced, repackaged items from grocery stores. The items in the case looked stale. When we tried to browse to see if we wanted to buy anything, she rudely ordered us to leave if we weren’t purchasing immediately.

As we left, she locked the door behind us and glared at us with sheer malice, making sure we knew we were not welcome. This place is beyond disgraceful—steer clear if you value any semblance of respect or humanity. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Forced by the owner's hostility, my sister ended up praying in the oppressive mid-day heat outside. Additionally, when a friend urgently needed to use the restroom, the owner's attitude only worsened.

Also, don't bother buying anything here; the macarons are just overpriced Costco stock repackaged. Steer clear of this place if you're looking for a respectful and pleasant shopping experience.
