Alma is such a gem for both breakfast and dinner! It’s a small spot, but the food is consistently delicious and worth the visit. I’m hooked on their barbacoa tacos perfectly tender, not dry, oily, or fatty like some places. They also have a great selection of fresh agua frescas that pair perfectly with any meal. The agua Fresca are ok not sure if fresh.

Parking can be tricky because it’s always busy, but they even have a little cart with a driver to pick you up from the lot and take you right to the restaurant, which is such a thoughtful touch. The service is friendly and efficient despite the crowd, and the overall experience keeps me coming back. Highly recommend if you want great Mexican food with a local feel!

We have been coming here for the last few years and Alma’s continues to be our favorite Mexican restaurant in the area. They have great quality fajita meat and a wonderful breakfast menu. The green salsa is a must try!

We are regular visitors to this neighborhood spot. The food is always good, the service is great and the place gets hopping in the evening and most of the day on weekends. Prices increased a little recently, it is still worth it. The margaritas are smooth and don’t miss the value of the grande for an extra buck or two. Fajitas are tender and not overpriced. The bar even has a good whiskey and tequila selection. The bar is also a welcoming spot if dining alone or it’s the only place to sit.

Do not come here if you have children. Their policy is that “no strollers are allowed inside” and if your child is too small for a high chair, then they have a “sling” for a car seat. But if you walked there like we did, you are just out of luck even if they had 5 open tables, having families with strollers is not allowed in this restaurant.

Everything was perfect, except for the $20 dollar street tacos. I would never pay $5 per taco again,

It was our first time here tonight from my cousin’s recommendation. We were celebrating my hubby’s bday. We are vegetarian, and let me tell you, we found one of our new fav Mexican restaurants. The food was amazing! From the salsa, to the queso, down to the veggie fajitas and enchiladas. Run, don’t walk, to come have dinner at this fine restaurant!!!
