We love Alonti! I placed a large order online last week, and about an hour before the meeting, 3 extra members of our team ended up being able to make it, so I needed 3 extra meals ASAP. Jennifer, our account manager, helped me over the phone to add on the boxes and PERSONALLY brought them to our order location. She even made it in time for our meeting. Jennifer and her team went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed, what we wanted, that everything in the order was correct, on time, and DELICIOUS. I cannot recommend them enough, not only as lifesavers for this hectic event, but because every order with them is the same high quality customer service from beginning to end.

Note: Jennifer was also kind enough to give us an extra box of cookies, so soft and yummy, and just such a sweet gesture after already coming to my rescue. Thank you Jennifer!!

Alonti has been one of the best catering companies I have ever used. Even when we had one late delivery they made it right with a refund and followed up afterwards to ensure everything was okay. The food is great, everyone I have ordered for has loved it and I will continue to use and recommend them to all my coworkers that place orders for delivery.

Racism at it’s finest. Plus overpriced frozen food with or without the hair and bugs. You choose.

I called to place an order and I was transferred to Rachel Black for assistance. Rachel refused to take my order because of my “accent”. I had to ask one of my friends to help me out. I went to the restaurant and asked Rachel in person to confirm that she could not understand me because of my accent. She responded rudely “Yes”. Rachel was incredibly rude and I will never recommend this place to anyone. Horrible Customer Service.

I love Alonti. They have great sandwiches, pasta, baked potatoes, and paninis. The only items I have tried which were not good at all were their salads. We usually have Alonti cater a couple of times a month for our office events. We have tried most of the items on their menu. This time we decided to pursue a healthier option and we ordered the chicken pesto, pecan crusted and cobb salads. Everyone complained about the salads so I would not recommend them for events. The item which receives the most praise at our office is their baked potato bar, everyone loves it. Alonti is always timely with their delivery, they provide a good amount of supplies, their staff is always friendly and most of their food is Excellent.
