The Hampton Inn provides spacious rooms at a fair price. The location of the Pasadena Inn provides quick access to Pasadena and much of Houston via the beltway or I-45. Staff is friendly, breakfast is excellent, good parking, nearby places to eat, and rooms are clean. I always stay here when visiting Houston area.

I booked 4 rooms and make the payment online. I called to confirm that my guests will not be asked for payment as I had already paid and they were arriving before me. I also gave their names so they could request their room keys with photo ID. Not only were they asked for payment but also had to wait with 2 kids in the front lobby until I talked to the front desk to figure out what was going on. That guy was too rude to me over the phone and rude to my guests. They finally got the rooms but it was too embarrassing for me that my guests had to go through this drama and tantrum. We had booked 3 rooms with 2 queen beds and one with king bed. None of the rooms have refrigerators. We had small kids so had to upgrade for king suite for refrigerators to keep their bottles cold. King suite’s didn’t have enough blankets for the whole family. Every time we asked, we were told they were out of blankets. So we had to turn the cooling down in the room to accommodate the situation which made the rooms hot for adults. The rooms were not well ventilated so we could smell musty smells throughout our stay.

I’ve always loved the Hampton Inn… but this, here at Pasadena is the best by far… Great service at the front desk, all the crew and the room is very comfortable It also have gym, laundry service, a few snacks (on sale) and the breakfast is as good as in the other Hamptons I’ve been

As a 20-year Honors member, I cannot recommend this facility nor will I ever stay here again. This is the first terrible property I have ever experienced. The desk clerks were unkempt, the hotel had an odor and there was trash outside. No butter at breakfast and if you want to eat, bring your own utinsils because the plasticware is useless.
