First time here. Walked in, placed my order, waited I think 10 minutes or less. Good prices, good food. My order was almost $11. Came with a drink as well. Did not eat in too many people waiting for orders. Parking lot was full.

I’m not sure what the attitude is about but whoever answers the phone is rude as hell. I tried to place an order but because it was over $25, she said I would either have to pay with my card over the phone or cash app. I decided not to do that and said that I would just come in and place the order, said thank you and she just hung up in my face. This is often times why people don’t want to support businesses like this because y’all Customer Service skills suck..do better.

I tried to call in to make my order twice. The person that answered the phone was rude and didn’t even greet me before telling me to hold on then proceeded to put me on hold for awhile then came back to phone and act like she couldn’t hear me. I called back and they did the same thing but this time never came back to the phone. I ordered online and walked in the door still on hold. I asked one of the lady workers about the phone orders and she didn’t address my concern just looked at me with a “I don’t care attitude”. I sat for over 10 minutes even though I ordered online. My food sat there before they decided to give it to me. This location is horrible and unprofessional.The one on Scott is your go to if you good food and great customer service. My family won’t be going back to that location.

Waited 30 minutes for food to not even be fresh while everyone else is in and out. It can be slow and by time you place an order your ticket will be put to the back while new people get fresh food, sick of this establishment

I placed and order online and received notification order was ready for pickup. I arrive at restaurant was approached by front register cashier Adrianna that order wouldn’t be ready to 2:50pm. I was at the restaurant around 2:10pm on lunch break grabbing food for myself an colleague. Workers were very rude denied me a refund which caused me to stay in line for 40 additional minutes to get order. Cashiers was playing on there phones and texting. Kitchen staff had AirPods in their ears no one was paying attention to customers. I manage to get in contact with manger who didn’t seem to care bout me wanting to file compliant she said “ she was off it’s the weekend and what was my complaint about” myself as a state rep for Texas gets calls throughout the day rather I’m working are off and I respond as someone who has a team who works under me. This restaurant has no idea who I was and I didn’t make it obvious until the end when I took images of there permits. Formal complaint will be made Monday against business and manger Chardonnay Bulter

ordered my food was ready in 10 minutes. opened my box and found a long black hair right on top of everything. when i went back inside and told the cashier she turned around to tell the kitchen, the cook was just laughing like it was funny. no apology just laughing. don’t think it was funny to have hair in your food and having employees cooking with no hair net. very unhygienic and unsanitary. food was good but a very unexpected first experience.
