The new manger and the 2 girls that worked dec 22 24 have a bad attitude while I'm door dashing waiting past 30 mins on a door dash the customer never received later that night I heard from door dash. This place was very good on service til the new manger and girls in the front with no caring attitude ruining the good service here...

Service was really, really really slow which I can tolerate but in order to make the atmosphere a little more pleasant the young black lady that was working there on November 24 between the hours of 3:40 PM and 415 had a nasty attitude. She wasn’t professional at all. so I will say this I did enjoy the food. It was good but I won’t ever come back to that location if I gotta drive all the way Scott and OST I will do that. At least the atmosphere is more pleasant.

Do not go to this location waiting in their 10 minutes for my order, on the first in line she decides she wants to take all the people that are in there to order in-store rather than me pick it up my order sitting on the counter this is unethical the big heavy set lady at the counter not to mention I've been standing there for 10 minutes on my order and she wants to ignore me this place was nasty will never go back into the store again and by the way you Uber eats drivers they have to make your own drinks there you are not required to make your own drinks you can refuse it and walk away.. worst customer service ever that lady needs to be fired it's also in the nastiest part of Houston

The Spanish manager she’s so on point a runs the hell outta that location. She needs a raise and her ? bc it ain’t easy.. she always takes care of my food and makes sure it’s prepared how I like it.
Really really good wings ..small party wings not those big chicken wings. I had the hot wings they were sooo good and they were definitely hot wings. The Philly cheesesteak came with toooo many peppers more peppers than meat . I wouldn’t recommend getting a Philly steak sub from here. The fries were really good make sure you get the fry seasoning! Best hotwings and fries in Houston so far.

Ordered veggie fried rice with wings and Philly cheesesteak via Uber eats. Veggie fried rice was the worst fried rice I’ve ever had. There were still clumps of questionable white rice and flavor was completely bland. Wings were ok. Fries were very undercooked. There was little meat in the cheesesteak. The meal looked like it was extremely rushed. Only good thing from this meal was the fountain drink. Will never be ordering from here again.

I got my food doordashed this the second time the fish was hard and cold I stay 5 mins away no way it should be like that then they gave me these wings that seemed like they been rewarming them up all day I wouldn’t recommend getting DoorDash from her go to Scott they always fresh and then when you call they pick up and hang up This the Cullen location
