I wanted a grilled chicken salad. I didn’t know they put bell peppers on the salad. I ordered a grilled chicken salad with tomatoes lettuce with pickles with shredded cheese.But what I received was a hot dam mess, I ask the cashier what is this and she said oh we change our chicken from nice size chicken to extra lean grilled chicken. He put heavy heavy black pepper on my salad a lot of cheese to the point you couldn’t tell you have chicken in your salad.I ask for a refund and she said we don’t do refunds or exchanges. What they have on the menu inside the restaurant isn’t what they service you. So they refuse to refund my money plus I never left the restaurant I looked at my order right then and there.I will never go back here for nothing in the world. Don’t ever eat here. Wasted my time and money 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Today, I was reminded why I stopped fooling with the American Deli in Cullen and Reed I go in today and as the lady looks like she don’t know what her job description is says what you getting??? What no hello, welcome in, nothing So I goes on to begin the order then I ask a question bc the menu and she point at the menu and say it’s right there Whatever making I’m asking the person who the food for how they want their Philly and when I say I want lettuce and tomatoes she blurts out it’s extra charge I’ve never paid for lettuce and tomatoes. However it doesn’t matter bc I didn’t ask her was there a charge in the first place Then when she rung it up it read lettuce 0.00 n tomatos 0.00 NO CHARGE So I said something then she went in and made a 50 cent charge So she’s a thief and she’s not honest nor trustworthy and I think I need to file a report bc she was wrong and she know From the beginning her attitude was stank So now I won’t even brother with none of the American delis So for whatever her is I’m just fine thank you

The food is great especially the wangggzzzzz 😍 but my problem is if the website says they open @11 why the employees are pulling up at 11:15 a.m while the cooks sitting outside waiting on the manager/cashier to come, doors not opening until almost 12 some of us are on our lunch break waiting. If the store opens at 11:30 please change the time to 12 or 11:30 it’s simple

My kids and I stopped in here this Sunday afternoon. One of our orders was taken wrong and the cashier argued that my daughter ordered boneless versus bone in… my kid just gracefully said it’s okay. Our food was fresh and hot, the staff was polite and the facility was clean. However, my dissatisfaction was with my Philly cheesesteak. There was hardly any meat! Just veggies & cheese filled my bun. It was very disappointing. Rather complain, I just kept what I had. I didn’t want to go back and forth again with staff. This place Philly use to be really good… but today it was a big miss. Maybe they’re short on meat. lol 😂

I am a delivery driver, I arrived to your restaurant in between 1:45 pm - 1:55 pm , I picked up order, your worker cashier girl she was either Asian or Hispanic, she handed to me the food bag, while the cups for drinks was empty, she was literally playing on her cellphone device and she wanted me to fill up the drinks for the order, I did not argue with her, I took the order the way it was with EMPTY CUPS and delivered it to the customer, she is getting paid to do her job as every body else does, and you the owner got paid for preparing full food order completely for pick up, that is how your job is and that is how her job is
