The food is great especially the wangggzzzzz š but my problem is if the website says they open @11 why the employees are pulling up at 11:15 a.m while the cooks sitting outside waiting on the manager/cashier to come, doors not opening until almost 12 some of us are on our lunch break waiting. If the store opens at 11:30 please change the time to 12 or 11:30 itās simple
My kids and I stopped in here this Sunday afternoon. One of our orders was taken wrong and the cashier argued that my daughter ordered boneless versus bone inā¦ my kid just gracefully said itās okay. Our food was fresh and hot, the staff was polite and the facility was clean. However, my dissatisfaction was with my Philly cheesesteak. There was hardly any meat! I ordered my food over the phone and as I was asking a worker up there what did she say , she hung up in my face , I called back she hung up the phone again but overall the food is good there
