I really do enjoy coming here for my wings and cheesesteak. But I’ve noticed that the quality of the steak meat is getting worse and not like it used to be. The service at the counter is never really good or professional, but I over look it because I love their wings and flavors, as well as their peach lemonade, fruit punch and regular lemonade. They are so dang good. It keeps me coming back.

Went to order food at 9:4O pm the closed at 10:00pm. Young lady working took my order then set there for 5 mins to tell me she had to refund me my money because they closed the grill. The store is not even closed yet! I drove across town to come specifically there. Then I say just give me the wings with fries. They give me wings no fries! I am done. What the should have did was refund my money and gave the wings courtesy of taking my order then having me sit there and wait. BAD SERIVICE!

I called to place a simple order for a Philly cheese steak just now( August 15, 2025) 2:40 pm. The young lady got an attitude with me because she couldn’t hear me. She kept repeating herself and talking over me. I got to the point where I was uncomfortable placing the order so I canceled. I don’t want anyone in food service making my food that speaks like that. Can’t trust them. Unfortunate because the location in Pearland is awesome and wanted to give this one a try…
