The location was packed. Orders were backed up. Customers were angry due to not being given adequate information regarding the status of their food. The store qas unkept ( dirty tables and floor). When I was finally able to eat my food, the wings werwle fried to hard to the point that there was a crunch and barely and edible meat. I was also missing a wing. I contribute to them feeling/being rushed to get orders out that they neglected the quality and quantity of the food. I called the store and spoke to Nicole (assistant manager) to express my concerns. She informed me that the manager (Renee) would not be able to accommodate me since I was unable to bring the food back. I live in Rosharon.

I and my daughter came to this location last year and the service was so poor from start to end. Today we came back to this location for the 2nd time after saying that we would never come to this location ever again. Today we encountered a young man by the name of Melvin he was so attentive from the time that we walked into the establishment he greeted us and asked if I was okay because the door hit me on my right shoulder. As Melvin took our order he was just so kind and listened to attentively. Thank you Melvin for a wonderful 2nd experience at this location.

Rather I order through DoorDash or in person! THEY DO NOT MISS! Man! I am 9 months pregnant and I have eaten American deli before and during my ENTIRE pregnancy. The food just keeps getting better and better! I wish I could give 1mill+ stars! Thank youuuuuu, man! It always hits the spot. Yes, I’ve eaten everything on their menu. My fav are the wings, fish, and Philly cheese steak! My baby definitely will come out loving it here! I knew the food quality was amazing when my food arrived from doordash 1 hr late and STILL had all the flavor and freshness as if I may have picked up the order myself. Y’all can have my whole tax check! GOOD JOB AMERICAN DELI STAFF!

I came to American Deli at 9:45 on Saturday 2/10/24 at night time 9202 Cullen and the doors were already locked when the business hours says they close at 10pm. I went to the door girl acted as is she didn't see me and started mopping the floor and the cashiers in the back were laughing and talking amongst themselves. Shaking my head because that's not good customer service at. They need a need crew any ways the heavy set girl behind the counter is always being smart and loud. Not good won't be back
