Amore Italian Restaurant

I had a good experience at the restaurant. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and served on time. Everything was clean and well organized, which made me feel comfortable. Overall, I enjoyed my visit and would like to go there again.

Amore continues to be such a wonderful experience for lunch as well as celebrating my friends and family! The food and staff never disappoint! Thank you!!

This place is a hidden gem, I'm from Philly and I'm so happy to have found an authentic Italian place!

Food was good but not unique or overly noteworthy. What was very disappointing was the service: impersonal and sparse. Waiter seemed to be in a rush the whole night. We often had to ask the bussing staff for things we needed, including basics such as forks and water. The overall environment is not friendly nor “joyous.”. Not sure what the allure of this place is given the price level.

Three couples gathered for a visit and to reminisce. Then we saw several other people there who we had known through the years. We stayed for a long time and were so well treated by your staff. Of course the food and wine were spectacular too. Thank you so much for your fine care.

Fantastic birthday dinner. Audi, our waiter, had great recommendations and everything came out with precision timing and service. Will definitely be back!

Amore was a mi e surprise - very elegant with an unassuming facade.
Great decorated and warm reception.
They do not have a liquor license so wi d & beer are the only spirits.
The menu was interesting and for being an Italian restaurant I was surprised to learn there were very few pasta dishes.

The service was attentive, although they frequently brought out the wrong orders.

Wine menu seemed varied, but not as tasty as hoped.

If seeking a “romantic” restaurant you may like this place !

I came here for an affogato on a Sunday afternoon when it wasn’t busy. Valet was $8 (no other parking) and the affogato was $10, so I decided to eat something to make my visit feel worth the valet cost. I ordered the tuna carpaccio (5/5) which was delicious and plated beautifully. Service was great overall, but the affogato’s presentation was poor and didn’t match the restaurant’s vibe. Ice cream was dripping down the side of the mug, the mug itself was a generic Tilly branded mug, and the serving size seemed small. However, despite the lacking presentation, it did taste pretty good. Overall, I was happy with the service and the carpaccio, but I wouldn’t recommend coming for the affogato here

Don’t order online bc you will not get what you paid for. Ordered 2 Alfredo pastas on UE. Where both pastas were supposed to have chicken and shrimp. They charged me to add both items to both pastas. But only gave me one of each. Then uber is only refunding me $8. When the full total was over $50 (without the driver and tip). Pissed is an understatement.

This was our first visit to Amore, we tried it for lunch and were not disappointed, food was delicious, our server was attentive and friendly, we have already made reservations for our next visit.

Perfect from start to finish! Our waiter was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and the wines. Stuffed squash blossom was so simple but flavorful. Exquisite duck breast served over duck confit with a “Thanksgiving” flavor profile. And the dover sole equally flavorful. Warm atmosphere! Pleasant evening!

This is the second visit, and all of our food was just mediocre. We had the duck thanksgiv8mg feast, the wild boar paparedelle, cheese pizza and a couple of appetizers. The heirloom tomato appetizer was good, but the rest was expensive and not great.

The pizza date night experience was beautiful; it's perfect for married couples that are comfortable being silly while trying to make a pizza yet having astounding service.
