I came here last night and paid for one of the cookies they had for sale on the side. The cookie expired 2 days before. When I went back to the counter and addressed this to the employee, she instructed me to grab another one. Come to find out, all the rest of the cookies were expired and even saw one from June. I get mistakes happen but my only issue is, she didn’t make this right for a paying customer. Didn’t offer a refund or a credit of some sort or something to make up for it. She just let me walk away with expired product off their shelf then just removed the rest of the cookies after.

The gentleman was super helpful with our indecisive daughter and even offered her samples. You could tell he enjoyed his job! He even put on a little show for her! It was an awesome experience and they were super helpful!! We will be going back!

Amy's Ice Cream continues to be the very best ice cream in the world 🌍!!!! I began eating Amy's at the very first shop opened in Austin by Amy herself. I was in college at the time and I noticed this place and I started eating the ice cream and could not stop and still cannot stop to this day. Amy's Ice Cream has always been a great stop for anyone with a sweet tooth. The employees are super nice and there's always a large variety of flavors and toppings to put on the ice cream. They also have milkshakes and ice cream cakes, all of which are delicious. Highly recommend :)

Once stopped by to get my daughter a ice cream, waiting about 30 minutes in line and there was only like 3 or 4 people in front of me, but my daughter wanted a strawberry ice cream which is not my favorite so I figured let me see what’s the fuss about I took a bite and it was the best ice cream I tried, I could imagine vanilla or different ice cream flavors and stuff but ya be prepared to wait but it’ll be worth it
